    Abstract: A writing tool includes a writing unit, a capillary member, a dispensing unit, and a replaceable ink cartridge. The capillary member, the dispensing unit, and the replaceable ink cartridge are mounted in the writing unit. The dispensing unit contacts the capillary member and has at least one cutting portion. The replaceable ink cartridge accommodates ink therein and has a film at one end thereof. The replaceable ink cartridge can be installed in the dispensing unit and the film can be pierced and cut by the at least one cutting portion. The ink flows through the film and is delivered to the writing unit via the capillary member and the dispensing unit for writing. The writing tool can thus dispense the ink fluently and leave no residual ink.

The pressing segment has at least one connecting arm connected to the communicating tube. A dispensing interval is formed between the communicating tube and a periphery of the pressing segment. The communicating tube contacts the capillary unit to make the capillary unit form different compression densities via the pressing segment and the dispensing interval, thus facilitating dispensing ink downward easily through the dispensing interval and providing a better occlusion effect to further avoid ink leakage.

    Abstract: A pressure regulating device for a writing tool has a deformable member. Minor air pressure variations in a pen tube of the writing tool can be regulated by deformation of the deformable member. Major air pressure variations in the pen tube can also be regulated by movement of the pressure regulating device. Thus, the pen tube of the writing tool can avoid internal air pressure imbalance caused by external high temperature or low air pressure. Before the writing tool is shipped from a manufacturer, the deformable member is pressurized in advance, such that the minor air pressure variation formed when a pen cap caps the writing tool offsets the air pressure pre-applied to the deformable member. Accordingly, ink inside an internal chamber does not spout out upon removal of the pen cap and the ink will not be overly dispensed or leak during writing.

When the stapler is applied to staple a few sheets of paper, a staple-sliding problem can be resolved. When the stapler is applied to staple many sheets of paper, a well-clinched quality can be provided.

    Abstract: A multi-locking utility cutter has a shank, a blade and a slider. The shank has a guiding groove having multiple first locking units.
