By placing the connecting part and the cup holder below the seat portion of the foldable seat, the present invention can make use of the space at the bottom of the foldable seat and prevent a drinking container from being accidentally hit by a person's swinging arm causing its tipping over.

    Abstract: A foldable chair includes a chair body having two rear legs, a metal seat movable upward and foldable on the rear legs so as to occupy little storage room. When the seat is moved to a seated position and when the rear legs are moved to a stretch-out position, the seat has a bottom edge seated on the top end of the rear legs and defines a straight line aligned with a middle line of the top end of the rear leg. An integrally formed strengthening structure extends across a bottom side of the seat so that gravity center of the seat is concentrated on the top ends of the rear legs, thereby strengthening the supporting ability of the rear legs relative to the seat so that even sitting of an overweight person on the seat does not deform and damage the seat and the rear legs.

In the air distribution layer, air is inputted into each distributing air bag equally via intercommunication of distributing air bags, such that air from the distributing air bags is consistently received by each supporting air bag of the hardness adjustment layer. Thus, the problem of uneven surface of bed due to non-uniform inflation in the conventional structure is solved.

The seating assemblies are provided at a neutral angle that corresponds to the particular application of the seat. The amount of rocking movement and/or vertical movement is based on the neutral angle. In concert, the neutral angle orientation, rocking movement, and vertical movement cause the weight supported by an occupant's seat bones, posterior, and thighs to be optimally distributed on the seating assembly, improving seating comfort as applied to a given seating environment.
