Patents Assigned to Sec Ship's Equipment Centre Bremen GmbH
  • Patent number: 10239438
Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for the lashing of containers, which is to be attached between two fastening points, which are secured to one another, with a first clamping device, which can be connected to one of the fastening points and contains a spindle, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the first clamping device and has a spindle/threaded section, a second clamping device, which can be connected to the other of the fastening points, a spindle nut, which has a spindle nut/threaded section, which engages with the spindle/threaded section of the first clamping device, a locking means allocated to the spindle nut. The locking means enables reciprocal rotation of the two clamping devices in at least one direction of rotation corresponding to the tightening of the device, and that it counters the rotation in the opposite direction, and the locking means has at least one pre-tensioning element.

  • Patent number: 9346615
Abstract: A coupling member for interconnecting two containers stacked one above the other, particularly on board ships, having a first coupling projection that can be hooked into a corner fitting of one container and pre-locked there, and a second coupling projection that can be coupled to a corner fitting of the other container, and having an actuating member by means of which the second coupling projection can be switched between an automatic position, in which the containers lock and unlock fully automatically during loading and unloading, and a second position, in which the containers must be manually unlocked by an operator during unloading, wherein the second coupling projection is moved under pre-tension into the automatic position or the second position and can be moved to the respective other position by means of the actuating member, counter to the pre-tensioning force is provided.

  • Patent number: 7771147
Abstract: A coupling part (10) is provided for connecting two containers stacked on top of one another, in particular on board ships, at their corner fittings (13). The coupling part (10) includes two coupling projections (11, 12) facing in opposite directions. One projection (11) engages in the corner fitting (13) of one container and the other projection (12) engages in the corner fitting of the other container. It is ensured that the coupling part (10) can be mounted in the corresponding corner fitting such that locking lugs (18) of the coupling part (10) always face in the same direction on an end face of the container, i.e. that no coupling part (10) is inadvertently inserted the wrong way. One of the coupling projections (11) of the coupling part (10) is asymmetrical. The coupling part (10) can only be inserted into and mounted on the corner fitting (13) in a specific direction.

  • Patent number: 7621414
Abstract: A coupling piece for joining two containers (35, 36) that are stacked one atop the other, particularly onboard ships is provided. Such a coupling is provided at corner fittings (43, 44) and each include a stop plate (21) and a coupling projection (22, 23) on each side of the stop plate (21). A first coupling projection (22) can be placed on the corner fitting of one container (36) and the other coupling projection (23) is provided with a locking catch (28, 46, 54) for locking inside a corner fitting of the other container (35). The drawback that front-side openings in upper corner fittings (43, 44) of a container (36) are obstructed by a locking catch of the coupling piece, hindering the use of lashing means is overcome with the coupling piece locking catch (28, 46, 54), when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the containers (35, 36), being arranged laterally on the other coupling projection (23).
