    Abstract: A twister includes a base unit, a shaft, and a foot support. The shaft extends substantially perpendicularly from the base unit and defines a pivot axis. The foot support is movably mounted to the shaft above the base unit. The foot support may provide one of a single vertical movement, a single pivotal movement, and a combination of vertical and pivotal movement depending upon a user's exercise on the foot support.
