Abstract: A container and a corresponding blank for the container are disclosed. The container may have a lower part and an upper part for receiving food. The lower and the upper part may each have six or eight side walls and a substantially flat bottom wall or top wall connected to the side walls. A pivoting connection may be formed between a connection side wall of the lower part and a connection side wall of the upper part and free ends of the side walls end in an end plane extending obliquely to the horizontal plane. Such as configuration may make facilitate on the one hand safely storing food when the container is closed and on the other hand making the food more accessible when the container is open. In addition to the improved accessibility, the food may be largely visible on the side facing the front side wall.

Abstract: The present invention provides a reclosable lid for a cup or beaker for beverage, the lid comprising an edge region adapted to provide the coupling with a respective edge of said cup or beaker, and a dispensing port of the beverage contained within of said cup or beaker, the lid is characterized in that it comprises a further upper region connected from the edge region and where closing means for closing said dispensing port and supporting means for supporting said closing means are formed.

Abstract: In a method of producing a stacking projection and a corresponding tool a mandrel as part of the tool is inserted into a cup, wherein the mandrel comprises a receiving recess. The bottom part of the cup is then supported by a supporting tool and a collet is assigned to a region of the cup where the stacking projection is to be formed. Thereafter, at least a part of the collet is pressed radially inwardly in direction to the receiving recess such that a portion of the cup wall is pressed into the receiving recess to form the stacking projection. Simultaneously, the height of the cup is reduced by displacing the mandrel and/or the supporting tool with respect to the other in axial direction. Finally, pressure applied to the collet is released and the cup is removed with the mandrel from the collet and the supporting tool.

Abstract: The cup (1) contains a pot (11), which preferably is filled with a concentrate of nutrition (19). The pot is closed by a lid (18) and is arranged close to the bottom of the cup and held against a vertical force, which may be applied, when the lid of the pot is torn off to use the contents of the pot. The pot shows a recess (16) at its outer structure, which is correlated to a shoulder (7) of the wall of the cup. When the pot is vertically inserted the recess snaps into the shoulder and provides a mechanical fixation.

Abstract: The invention provides a conical container (1) with a bottom (2) and a perimetral wall (3) which is preferably made out of a single layer of cardboard. The perimetral wall has annular projections (11), which are formed by overlapping portions (13,15) of the perimetral wall and which are extending approximately parallel to the perimetral wall.
