Abstract: An all-terrain vehicle is provided. The vehicle includes a lateral stabilizer bar and a shock absorber. The lateral stabilizer bar further includes a main bar, two side bars and ball-pin connecting rods. The side bars are connected to two sides of the main bar respectively and bent backward relative to the main bar, ends of the side bars are disposed on a suspension assembly, the main bar is disposed at the front end of a frame and located in front of a radiator, the ends of the two side bars are connected to the ball-pin connecting rods respectively, and the ball-pin connecting rods are disposed on the upper rocker arm. The side bars and the ball-pin connecting rods of the lateral stabilizer bar are located on an inner side of the shock absorber.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an all-terrain vehicle and an exhaust assembly for an all-terrain vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle includes: a frame, a V-type twin-cylinder engine and an exhaust assembly. The V-type twin-cylinder engine has a first exhaust port and a second exhaust port, and a cylinder corresponding to the first exhaust port is located in front of a cylinder corresponding to the second exhaust port. The V-type twin-cylinder engine is mounted on the frame. The exhaust pipe group has a first end coupled to the first exhaust port, a second end coupled to the second exhaust port, and a third end coupled to a pipe of the muffler. The exhaust pipe group is divided into at least two exhaust pipes, and adjacent exhaust pipes are flexibly coupled.

Abstract: A starting protector for an all-terrain vehicle is provided and includes a shaft, a driven wheel fitted over the shaft and comprising a tooth portion, a sleeving portion and a locking portion, and the tooth portion being configured to be connected with an engine; a driving wheel fitted over the sleeving portion, one side of the driving wheel being attached to the tooth portion, and the driving wheel being configured to be connected with a starting motor; a friction piece fitted over the sleeving portion and being in synchronous rotation with the sleeving portion, the friction piece being attached to the other side of the driving wheel, and when starting torque of the engine exceeds a preset value, the driving wheel and the friction piece slipping relatively; and a compressing assembly fitted over the sleeving portion and the locking portion to compress the friction piece and the driving wheel.

Abstract: A steering apparatus and an all-terrain vehicle are provided. The steering apparatus comprises a housing provided with a circumferential movement limiting part; an input shaft disposed in the housing; an output shaft disposed in the housing and being in transmission coupling with the input shaft, wherein the output shaft is movable axially in an axial direction of the output shaft in the housing; and a circumferential movement limiting member disposed on the output shaft and being in fit with the circumferential movement limiting part for limiting circumferential movement.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an all-terrain vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle includes: a signal acquirer; an engine; an engine controller; a first differential; a first wheel; a driving motor; a motor controller; a battery power source electrically connected with the driving motor; a second differential in transmission connection with the driving motor; and second wheels in transmission connection with the second differential and are located at both lateral sides of the second differential. Therefore, by connecting and matching the first differential, the engine, the driving motor and the second differential with the corresponding components, the hybrid all-terrain vehicle allows intelligent four-wheel drive, reduces energy consumption, and has a compact and reasonable structure.

Abstract: An engine system comprising: a housing having an accommodating cavity; a crankshaft part, a speed change mechanism and a transmission shaft are provided in the accommodating cavity; and a first motor and a second motor are located outside the accommodating cavity and provided on the housing. The crankshaft part is provided in the accommodating cavity and outputs first power. The first motor comprises a first motor shaft which is connected to an output end of the crankshaft part to convert the first power into electric energy. The second motor comprises a second motor shaft and is configured to output second power according to electric energy. The speed change mechanism is drivingly connected to the second motor shaft without connecting the output end of the crankshaft part. The transmission shaft is connected to an output end of the speed change mechanism. Also disclosed is an all-terrain vehicle.

The suspension device includes: a first rocker arm having a first end provided with a first position limiting portion; a second rocker arm spaced apart from the first rocker arm; and a steering knuckle arranged between the first end of the first rocker arm and the second rocker arm. The steering knuckle is connected with the first end of the first rocker arm and a first end of the second rocker arm, and the steering knuckle includes a third position limiting portion configured to be fitted with the first position limiting portion. The third position limiting portion is configured to abut against the first position limiting portion when the steering knuckle is moved to a first extreme height position and the all-terrain vehicle has a first maximum steering angle.

Abstract: An axle includes: an electromagnet; a transmission disc provided with a first magnetic suction member; a half shaft fitted in the transmission disc, first and second gaps being arranged circumferentially between the transmission disc and the half shaft; and a transmission assembly arranged between the transmission disc and the half shaft, and provided with a second magnetic suction member, a thickness of the transmission assembly being less than the first gap, and greater than or equal to the second gap. When the electromagnet is powered off, the transmission assembly and the half shaft are relatively stationary, and the transmission assembly is located at the first gap. When the electromagnet is powered on, the first magnetic suction member and the second magnetic suction member are attracted by the electromagnet, and the transmission disc rotates synchronously with the transmission assembly and rotates to the second gap relative to the half shaft.

The generator installation cap is installed on a side of the crankcase, the generator housing is installed between the generator installation cap and the generator cover, the stator is fixed in the generator housing, and the rotor is disposed on the inner circumference of the stator, and is in transmission connection with the shaft end of the crankshaft. The generator housing is formed with an accommodating hole, the generator installation cap and the generator cover are each formed with an accommodating slot facing the generator housing, and the stator is accommodated in the accommodating hole and the two accommodating slots.
