Abstract: A hydrogel has water, a polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer, and a polymer matrix containing the water and the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer, in which the polymer matrix contains a copolymer of a monofunctional monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated group and a polyfunctional monomer having 2 to 6 ethylenically unsaturated groups, the copolymer has a hydrophilic group binding to its main chain, the polymer matrix is contained in an amount of 2 to 80 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the hydrogel, a polymer derived from the polyfunctional monomer is contained in a proportion of 0.1 to 5 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the copolymer, the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 150 parts by mass in 100 parts by mass of the polymer matrix, and the polyvinylsulfonic acid-based polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 200,000 to 3,000,000.
Abstract: Provided are a vehicle seat member in which even when a foamed resin molded body forming the vehicle seat member shrinks after being demolded, influence of the shrinkage behavior on a frame member embedded in the foamed resin molded body can be prevented, and thus a change in the position of a protrusion, which serves as a part to be anchored to a vehicle body, of the frame member can be prevented, whereby the vehicle seat member can be attached to the vehicle body side easily and reliably, and a vehicle seat including such a vehicle seat member. Abstract: Spherical polyester-based resin particles characterized in that the spherical polyester-based resin particles contain a polyester-based resin and have a crystallinity of 20% or less and an average circularity of 0.96 or more. The spherical polyester-based resin particles according to the present invention can provide suitable resin particles as compounding agents for cosmetics such as foundation, antiperspirants, and skin scrubs; various agents such as matte coating agents for paints, rheology modifying agents, antiblocking agents, slipperiness-imparting agents, light diffusion agents, electroconductive agents, and diagnostic testing agents for medical use; and additives to molded articles such as automobile materials and construction materials.

Abstract: A molded foam is provided in which even when a force in a sliding direction is applied to another member in contact with its surface, the occurrence of a shift in position relative to the other member can effectively be prevented and the occurrence of unusual noise due to rubbing between its surface and the other member can effectively be prevented. The molded foam is formed by heating expandable resin particles filled into a foaming mold. The molded foam has a plurality of first ridges arranged in one direction and a plurality of second ridges arranged in another direction and disposed so as to intersect the first ridges, the first and second ridges being provided on the surface of the molded foam.
