Abstract: A mixer for preparing feedstuffs and mixing pre-shredded forage with various feedstuffs and seed products for animal feeding, comprising a container body which internally accommodates a cylindrical helical feeder rotatably supported by the heads of the container body for the advancement of the products to be mixed. A recirculation scroll is provided inside the region delimited by the feeder and is suitable to impart to the products to be mixed a movement in the opposite direction with respect to the feeder. A tubular element is further provided for containing at least a central portion of the recirculation scroll.

Abstract: A cutter-mixer and bed-straw spreader wagon for fibrous products having a container with rotating screw feeder inside and outwardly of a distribution group for conveying the cut and mixed material outside the container. The distribution group has a fan with a volute that is fixed to a side of a wagon and has an internal impeller with at least four blades having planar surfaces.

Abstract: The invention is a cutter-mixer-feeder wagon for fodder and grass or straw silage, comprising at least two rotary screw feeders (7), housed inside a compartment (75) with curved section obtained on the bottom (76) of the container (2) itself, each one provided with at least one pair of spirals (9, 10), on which peripheral cutters (13) are fixed, one of said spirals being wound clockwise (10) and the other anticlockwise (9), starting from the ends of the screw feeder and such as to convey the processed material towards the area where said right and left spirals converge.

Abstract: The invention is a cutter-mixer wagon (1) for plant residues, comprising: a container (2) provided with an opening (21) for the introduction of said plant residues to be processed; a pair of rotary screw feeders (4) for cutting said plant residues; a conveyor belt (5) for the extraction of the cut and mixed material (23), positioned in correspondence with an unloading door (22) and supported by a frame (6) connected to said container (2) through oscillation means (7) and sliding means (8). Operating means (9) are provided to obtain the oscillation of said frame (6) around said oscillation means (7), in order to place said conveyor belt in a substantially vertical position when it is at rest and to incline it when it is in working position.

Abstract: The invention carries out a cutter-mixer-feeder for fodder and grass or straw materials which includes a container (2) with at least one opening (3) for introducing the material (23) to be processed and at least one door (24) for discharging the processed material; inside the container there is at least one screw feeder (7), placed at the bottom (76) of said container (2) and provided with at least a pair of spirals (9, 10), one of which is rolled up clockwise, while the other counterclockwise. In the substantially central area of the screw feeder where said spirals (9, 10) meet, they set out a discoidal element (16) consisting of a right half spiral (162) and a left half spiral (161), each of which has at least one outlet (260) which is obtained by taking away a part of the half spiral itself.

Abstract: The invention concerns a wagon for cutting, mixing and dispensing fodder. At least two rotating endless screws are housed within a curved-profile compartment. The screws have spirals wound in opposite directions to one another, so that the processed material is led to the center of the compartment. Each of the endless screws has at least one baffle plate extending radially of the endless screw; and the spirals have protruding blades.
