  • Publication number: 20170074695
Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention relates to a sensor block for measuring fluid flow or pressure in a tube. The sensor block comprises a sensor and a housing. The housing has a resilient clamp part which is shaped such that it can be plugged onto a tube along the radial direction and is part of the tube in the plugged state. The invention also relates to a tube, which is produced by means of MID technology. The tube comprises conductor paths and a sensor, which is firmly connected to the tube. The tube further comprises two elongated grooves for releasable attachment of a sensor block. The embodiments of the present invention further relates to a production method, in which both a sensor block and a tube are manufactured with an identical mask set, injection molding tool or control program component.

  • Publication number: 20120301267
Abstract: The invention relates to a delivering unit for gas, comprising a compressor (101) in a noise-insulation housing (20, 40), which comprises an inlet opening (27, 66) and a blow-out opening (24, 69, 70). An inlet tube (96) can pneumatically connect the inlet opening to the inlet of the compressor. An outlet tube (96) can connect the blow-out opening to the outlet of the compressor. A noise absorber (60, 80) having an inlet chamber (73, 97) and an outlet chamber (74, 98) may be accommodated in the noise-insulation housing. Neoprene may be used as lining for the inner walls of the noise-insulation housing. Sheets (131. 133) may be provided between the noise-insulation housing and the compressor. An inner heat sink (42) and an inner blower (48, 49) can cool the compressor. A heat sink (41) may form one side (40) of the noise-insulation housing. An outer blower (7) can cool the heat sink. Blind tubes can be used both at the inlet and the outlet, so as to suppress tonal sound.

  • Publication number: 20120012186
Abstract: An evaporation chamber comprises a trough and an intermediate chamber disposed above the trough. The bottom of the intermediate chamber includes a liquid outlet through which liquid flows from the intermediate chamber into the trough. The intermediate chamber comprises a level valve, which allows a flow of liquid to follow from a liquid connection into the intermediate chamber so that the liquid level in the intermediate chamber is between a minimum level and a maximum level. The intermediate chamber has a liquid connection, a level valve, and a compensation connection. The liquid connection supplies a liquid. The level valve, allows a flow of liquid to follow from the liquid connection into the intermediate chamber so that the liquid level in the intermediate chamber is between a minimum level and a maximum level. The compensation connection is pneumatically connected to the gas space around the float.

  • Publication number: 20080245365
Abstract: This invention relates to an evaporator comprising a casing (1; 21) and a heater (7; 27). Gas is supplied through an inlet (4; 24) and discharged through an outlet (5; 25). The casing forms an evaporating space (2; 22) and a heating space (3; 33) heated by the heater (7; 27). The evaporating space (2; 22) may be partially filled with a liquid (16; 36). The gas flows from the inlet (4; 24) via the heating space (3; 23) to the evaporating space (2; 22) and further to the outlet (5; 25). This invention moreover relates to an evaporator comprising an outer and an inner tub. The outer tub is heated. The inner tub may contain a water reserve and is inserted into the outer tub. The upper side of the bottom of the outer tub (8; 28) or the underside of the bottom of the inner tub (10; 30) is made of a soft elastic material. The invention finally relates to corresponding methods.
