    Abstract: A process and a device for evacuating a drying room filled with one or more evaporable fluids or one or more non-evaporable fluids or mixtures thereof. The device includes a turbo engine, a liquid seal pump and a condensor. The pressure of the fluids or mixture of fluids is raised by the turbo engine, the resulting volume flow is reduced by condensation in the condensor, and the resulting reduced volume flow is pumped off with the pump.
