The weight system has a rod that has a four-sided configuration and at least one weight. Each weight has an annular weight housing that has a four-sided channel extending longitudinally therethrough, and with each weight housing having a threaded opening. The rod extends through the channel of the weight housing of the at least one weight, and a threaded setting screw is threaded through the threaded opening and impinges on one of the four sides of the rod to secure the weight inside the four-sided channel.
