Abstract: A wireless sensor network at a monitored location can be configured to generate sensor channel(s) of data to assess operational conditions at the monitored location. Inputs based on the sensor channel(s) of data are provided to a host system for analysis of a demand to one or more resources at the monitored location. Response messages can be generated based on the demand analysis and transmitted to actuator(s) at the monitored location to effect an adjustment to the operational conditions.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for integrated building operations management. Nodes in the sensor network can be configured to interface with a building control system to exchange sensor-related information.

Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for enabling environment tracking at a monitored location. A wireless sensor network can support a beacon that can be configured to broadcast information to devices at the monitored location. The broadcasted information can be recorded by devices to generate an environment log that can enable identification of conditions of an environment as reflected by sensor measurements at the monitored location.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for configuring a node in a sensor network. A sensor service can enable sensor applications to customize the collection and processing of sensor data from a monitoring location. In one embodiment, sensor applications can customize the operation of nodes in the sensor network via a sensor data control system.

Abstract: The presentation of sensor network information can be provided to a user via a customized dashboard web interface. The dashboard web interface can be based on customized transformation and alert functions that can be applied to one or more sensor channels of data produced from sensors at a monitored location. The customized alerts can provide real-time monitoring of targeted conditions at the monitored location.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for sensor-based air quality metrics for ventilation performance and infection risk. Virus pathogens can be transmitted through the air, as they attach to airborne droplets or particles (bio-aerosols). A ventilation performance and infection risk can be determined using dynamic air exchange rates based on measured changes in air contaminant levels.
Abstract: A configured mode of operation of a wireless sensor node unit can selectively activate a first subset of sensor channels of data and selectively deactivate a second subset of sensor channels of data. The configured mode of operation customizes the sensor functionality in the wireless sensor node unit in support of the delivery of data streams to customers.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for controlled entry of a sensor network node into a discovery state. Node malfunctions can be addressed through remote administration using a bi-directional communication protocol in a sensor network. A controlled reset process can minimize disruptions in the sensor network that can occur due to node malfunctions.

Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for augmenting a building control system domain. A sensor network platform can be configured to collect data based on measurements from sensors outside of a legacy building control system domain, and to present information based on the collected data to a known interface supported by the legacy building control system. In one embodiment, the collected data can undergo customized processing by an operation center outside of the legacy building control system domain.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for presentation of sensor information to a building control system. Nodes in the sensor network can be configured to emulate a monitoring device in presenting sensor information to a data collection device such as a building control system.
Abstract: Parties having different responsibilities and interests at a monitored location can be given a partial view of the totality of the sensor channels of data generated by the various sensors installed at the monitored location. The partial views deliver customized sets of data streams to customers. The selective distribution of sensor information accommodates the divergent interests and needs of parties responsible for tracking the various characteristics of a monitored location.
Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for bridge interface communication. A node device can be connected to one or more bridge units using a universal sensor interface. A controller in a node device can communicate with a controller in a bridge unit device using a bi-directional data line. In one embodiment, the bridge unit can account for variable amounts of delay in gathering sensor data using availability signaling.
