Abstract: The present invention relates to a prefabricated bracket assembly integrated into a prefabricated column assembly for connecting PC beams, the end portions of PC beams being placed inside the prefabricated bracket assembly that is assembled on top of the prefabricated column assembly, into which concrete is poured so as to connect the PC beams and the prefabricated bracket assembly, thereby facilitating the connection of the PC beams to a factory-made prefabricated column assembly and allowing cost reduction.

Abstract: A steel plate built-up beam for a steel-concrete composite beam, which is for the purpose of forming a steel-concrete composite beam by filing the inside thereof with concrete, includes: a pair of web plates spaced apart from each other; a lower flange provided on the lower portions of the web plates so as to connect the lower portions of the pair of web plates; and upper angles provided on the upper portions of the web plates, respectively, such that one leg of the upper angle is coupled to side surfaces of the web plates, and other leg of the upper angle is formed to bend in directions perpendicular to the web plates.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite frame having an end-embedded girder joint structure, wherein a girder body is simply placed in a U-shaped preassembled bracket assembly coupled to the upper end of a preassembled column assembly and, then, concrete is poured into and integrated with the assembly such that the composite frame can reduce a construction period and improve quality at the time of forming a steel-composite ferroconcrete structure and enable simple and rapid building of a beam-column joint, thereby securing the constructability and stability thereof.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a combination structure of permanent forms and a prefabricated steel assembly for a steel concrete composite member, the combination structure including: the prefabricated steel assembly having a plurality of shape steel members and a plurality of support bars; and each permanent form having a flat plate, ‘L’-shaped protrusions, a bent corner, and a ‘L’-shaped outer protrusion.

Abstract: A steel reinforced concrete (PSRC) column is prefabricated with angle steels at the corners. The column has auxiliary reinforcement bars between the angle steels and tie bars surround the angle steels and auxiliary reinforcement bars. Column capital steel plates are fixed to the structure, outside the angle steels and the auxiliary reinforcement bars. Column capital reinforcing steel plates are diagonally attached inside the PSRC column. A mold is used to fill the column with cement.

Abstract: A structural composite hybrid beam having an attached fire-resistant coating material, the structural composite hybrid beam including: a cold-formed steel plate beam, which is formed into a form shape having a space where concrete is placed; a concrete slab installed on the cold-formed steel plate beam and that is integrally connected to the concrete; and a flow preventing member protruding from a pair of side plates of the cold-formed steel plate beam, and preventing the fire-resistant coating material sprayed on each of the pair of side plates from flowing down so that the fire-resistant coating material is firmly attached to the each of the pair of side plates. A thickness of the fire-resistant coating material is reduced as the concrete inside the structural composite hybrid beam absorbs heat, and thus construction expenses are reduced. Accordingly, the structural composite hybrid beam has excellent fire-resistant performance unlike a general steel-frame beam.
