Abstract: Methods and systems to induce reflection based on emotional valence are provided. A digital communications network (DCN) is provided to a plurality of members of a population to communication with each other. A first communication is transmitted to an individual member of the plurality of members and a first response is received from the individual member. The first response is analyzed to determine a first level of emotional valence and a second communication is generated and designed to induce reflection in the individual member for a first time. The second communication is transmitted to the individual member and a second response is received. The second response is analyzed to determine a second level of emotional valence.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating content for guided reflection are provided. A digital communication network (DCN) is for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with at least each other or the DCN. An individual member is identified with an adverse health condition. A request is transmitted to the individual member to select a topic of reflection from a plurality of topics of reflection corresponding to the adverse health condition. Content is automatically generated comprising at least one of audible content, visual content, or an audible and visual content based on the selected topic of reflection. The content is designed to cause the individual member to connect an outcome experienced by the individual member with a decision the individual member has made. A communication is generated and transmitted to the individual member that includes the content and the selected topic of reflection.

Abstract: Methods and systems for generating questions for guided reflection are provided. A digital communication network (DCN) is provided for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other and/or the DCN. An individual member is identified from the plurality of members and one or more communications of the individual member are analyzed. A topic of reflection from a plurality of topics of reflection is determined based on the analysis and a question is automatically generated based on the topic of reflection. The question is transmitted to the individual member via the DCN.

Abstract: Methods and systems for improving an effectiveness of reflection are provided. A digital communication network (DCN) is provided for a plurality of members of a population to interact with each other and the DCN. A communication from the DCN is transmitted to an individual member of the plurality of members and the communication comprises information about an availability of a biometric test to the individual member, and a request for the individual member to reflect on a lifestyle condition of the individual member and what the biometric test may reveal about the lifestyle condition. A response to the request is received from the individual member and the biometric test is provided to the individual member. A result of the biometric test is then reported to the individual member.

Abstract: Methods and systems for flowing a progression of an adverse health condition using reflection through a digital communication network (DCN) are provided. A DCN is provided for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other and communications from an individual member are analyzed. A time to transmit an automated communication to the individual member is determined and the automated communication is transmitted to the individual member at the determined time. The automated communication requests that the individual member respond indicating a current level of at least one of a psychological or physiological measurement. A response from the individual member is received through the DCN.

Abstract: Methods and systems for incentivizing personal reflection using a digital communication network (DCN) are provided. A DCN is provided for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other. An individual member is identified with a lifestyle driven disease and an intervention appropriate for the lifestyle driven disease is facilitated to the individual member. Instructions for the individual member to reflect on using the intervention or lifestyle factors that the intervention allowed the individual member to overcome are provided. A reimbursement is also provided to the individual member for at least some of a cost of the intervention in response to the individual member recording at least one reflection.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing an adverse health condition are provided. A digital communication network (DCN) is provided for a plurality of members of a population to interact with each other. A C-reactive protein (CRP) sample and at least one other inflammatory biomarker sample are received from an individual member. The CRP sample and the other inflammatory biomarker sample are analyzed and a CRP level and an inflammatory biomarker level are determined from the analysis. A composite result based on the CRP level and the inflammatory biomarker level is generated.

Abstract: Methods and systems for rehabilitating a noncompliant message are provided. A digital communication network (DCN) is provided to a plurality of members of a population to interact with each other. A communication of a plurality of communications in the DCN is received from an individual member and the communication is analyzed. The communication is determined to be noncompliant and thus, access of the communication is limited to at least a subset of members of the population.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatically generating a record in a digital communication network (DCN) are provided. A DCN is provided for a plurality of members of a population to communicate with each other and/or with the DCN. At least one communication is analyzed and a record is generated for an individual member based on the analysis of the at least one communication. The record includes one or more lifestyle activities engaged in by the individual member, biometric data reported to the DCN regarding the individual member, and/or information regarding one or more relationships of the individual member. The record is also provided to the individual member through the DCN.

Abstract: To measure a member response in an individual member, a first resulting test point is measured before an activity. Then, at least a second resulting test point is measured at or after the activity. The member response can then be calculated as a function of the first resulting test point and the second resulting test point at the different times.

A digital communication network (DCN) for a plurality of members of a population to interact with each other and the DCN is provided. An invitation is transmitted to an individual member of the plurality of members to test a biological marker related to the adverse health condition and instructions are provided to the individual member to test the biological marker. A test result of the biological marker is received through the DCN and the individual member is enabled to share the test result with other members of the plurality of members through the DCN.

Abstract: A method to incentivizing health related activity based on social media presence is described. The method includes providing a digital communication network for members of a population to communicate with each other; and analyzing, by the digital communication network, the communications in the digital communication network to identify a user who has influence over other members. Then, the identified user is targeted for at least one intervention. The methods may also include providing digital communications of health-related activity based on incentives. A member of the population may be informed about incentives for sharing their experience. The system determines whether the member shares their experience, and, if they do, the system provides the incentive to the member.

Abstract: Methods and systems for intervention-based treatment for chronic medical conditions are described. In one method, a member of a population is identified as having a disease by identifying an increased level of a biological marker. If the member's levels are elevated or increasing, the method provides an intervention for the member based on the level of the biological marker. For example, the intervention may be a pharmaceutical or lifestyle intervention (e.g., dietary changes).

Abstract: To measure stress resiliency in an individual, a first stress indicator level is measured before an activity. Then, at least a second stress level indicator and a third stress level indicator are measured at two or more time points (e.g., immediately following the activity and after a cool-down time). The stress resiliency can then be calculated as a function of the first stress indicator level, the second stress indicator level, and the third stress indicator level at the different times.
