Patents Assigned to Serpentix Conveyor Corporation
  • Publication number: 20050241918
Abstract: Resilient clamps assemble modular sections of a serpentine conveyor belt at peripheral positions of mated interface walls and retain the walls in sealing, face-to-face contact while the belt moves through a laterally bending pathway. The clamps provide opposed latchkeys that register into boltways or recesses in the mated walls to lock the modular sections into fixed positions with respect to one another.

  • Publication number: 20040124071
Abstract: A plurality of I-beam segments is aligned end-to-end in a longitudinal series. An elongated flexible sheet is carried on each side of the aligned I-beam webs. A flexible lap plate interconnects juxtaposed pairs of I-beam webs and maintains the elongated sheets in a slidable relationship, such that the flexible sheets can move with respect to the webs when the track section flexes laterally.

  • Patent number: 5021599
Abstract: A family of ligands contains the (C.sub.5 H.sub.4).sub.2 M.sup.+ moiety as a part of macrocyclic host structure capable of binding an anionic guest, wherein M is a metal ion having at least two valence states, and the host is capable of complexing with a larger fraction of the guest when M is in one of the valence states as compared to the other, for removing the guest anion from solution.

  • Patent number: 4927006
Abstract: A conveyor section has a belt supported above a slide channel in which the pulling chain moves. A laterally extending plastic stabilizer is connected to the chain and is received in a slot at the sides of the channel. The channel is constructed with steel sides and overhead lip and with a plastic bottom wall, such that the chain and stabilizer operate with dissimilar materials in contact at substantially all times.
