    Abstract: A stabilizer for use in a wellbore may include a downhole tubular configured to couple to a downhole conveyance in a wellbore, as well as two or more helical blades extending radially outward from the downhole tubular. The two or more helical blades are oriented about the downhole tubular to form respective flow paths between adjacent blades. Further, each blade of the two or more helical blades may include a line-of-sight face and a gauge ramp. The line-of-sight face is formed adjacent a leading inner blade wall of the blade at a lower end of the blade and is angularly offset from the leading inner blade wall. The gauge ramp extends from an outer surface of the downhole tubular toward an outer blade surface of the blade proximate the lower end of the blade.

The terminal may further include a user interface configured to display the plurality of sets of data and a controller in data communication with the transceiver circuit and the user interface. The controller may be configured to control the user interface to modify the at least one set of data and control the transceiver circuit to wirelessly communicate the modified data with the server computer such that the at least one set of data stored in the server computer is updated with the modified data.

    Abstract: A system is provided including a coiled tubing reel apparatus including a reel drum for storing a coiled tubing string spooled on the reel drum and a hydraulic reel drive motor that controls rotation of the reel drum. The system further includes a reel controller that determines an estimated reel back tension for a portion of the coiled tubing string between the reel apparatus and the injector based on a set of parameters related to a coiled tubing operation. The reel controller determines a target reel back tension to be applied to the portion of the coiled tubing string by adjusting the estimated reel back tension based on a historical job dataset. The reel controller then determines and sets a target hydraulic pressure of the reel drive motor to achieve the target reel back tension in the portion of the coiled tubing string.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for determining Container Closure Integrity (CCI) in a container system comprising a container, an elastomeric stopper, and a retainer for retaining the stopper in place are disclosed. The systems and methods involve disposing, within a seal assembly, a component configured to sense a degree of compression of the elastomeric stopper. In a first implementation, the elastomeric stopper comprises an embedded positioning component embedded within the elastomeric material. The position of the positioning component is sensed using a detection system and the integrity of the closure is determined based on the position of the embedded component. In a second implementation, a force sensitive resistor is disposed within the seal stack to measure the compression of the elastomeric stopper. The compression of the elastomeric stopper is correlated to the integrity of the seal.

A recent signal strength indicator is determined to be below a threshold from a baseline received signal strength, and a notification of likely vegetation encroachment into the wireless signal path is provided based on the recent signal strength indicator being below the threshold and determining that the signal strength indicators are consistent with a progression of a decrease in signal strength corresponding to a growth of vegetation.

The disclosed method uses clustering-based approach and after clustering, each cluster is solved independently using ILP model for K-Anonymization. The ILP model is solved by generalizing the value of the attributes. Sometimes, even after clustering the number of possible patterns is large, thus the disclosed method generates patterns on the fly during multiple iterations.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for generating a trained Bayesian Hierarchical model from low signal datasets. The disclosed approach utilizes data from alternative segments as a baseline to train the Bayesian Hierarchical model. In some embodiments, the disclosed approach may supplement segment-specific features from another dataset. In some embodiments, inputs for prior distributions may be received from an expert and modified based on the model specification. In one example, the disclosed approach may be used to model probability of default for companies in a low-default segment like Energy portfolio. In this example, data from other commercial and industrial segments is used to form a baseline in the Bayesian Hierarchical model. Further, dataset containing segment-specific features for Energy is supplemented to the training dataset.
