Abstract: A method including receiving, at a payment-messaging system from a biller financial institution, a request comprising a public consumer token of a consumer. The consumer provided the public consumer token to a biller system of a biller for a bill payment by the consumer to the biller. The biller system provided the public consumer token to the biller financial institution. The biller financial institution maintains a biller account of the biller. The acts also can include determining a risk metric representing a risk of using the public consumer token for the bill payment. The acts additionally can include sending the risk metric from the payment-messaging system to the biller financial institution. The biller financial institution sends the risk metric to the biller system to allow the biller to determine whether to assume liability for the bill payment.

Abstract: A system for modeling a three-dimensional structure utilizing two-dimensional segments comprising a memory and a processor in communication with the memory. The processor extracts a plurality of two-dimensional segments corresponding to the three-dimensional structure from a plurality of images indicative of different views of the three-dimensional structure. The processor determines a plurality of three-dimensional candidate segments based on the extracted plurality of two-dimensional segments and adds the plurality of three-dimensional candidate segments to a three-dimensional segment cloud. The processor transforms the three-dimensional segment cloud into a wireframe indicative of the three-dimensional structure by performing a wireframe extraction process on the three-dimensional segment cloud.

Abstract: Systems and methods of restarting a downhole pump for pumping downhole fluid and located in a wellbore that include determining a pump reverse rotational frequency of a downhole pump caused by downhole fluid flowing in a downhole direction using a phase locked loop. A pump motor is driven at a motor reverse rotational frequency matching the pump reverse rotational frequency. The pump motor is then driven to accelerate the pump reverse rotational frequency and thereby pump the downhole fluid in an uphole direction. The pump motor is then driven to decrease the pump reverse rotational frequency while continuing to pump the downhole fluid in the uphole direction. The pump motor is then driven to change the rotation of the downhole pump to a forward rotation at a pump forward rotational frequency to pump the downhole fluid in the uphole direction.

Abstract: A boundary specifying a bounded geographic area for which travel information is to be reported is generated. Flow section information associated with flow sections located within the boundary is obtained. The flow sections represent portions of one or more roadways assigned relevant functional road classes (FRCs). The flow section information includes information about traffic flow associated with the flow sections. FRC current traffic messages, which include non-predictive traffic information associated with roadway portions that are in the bounded geographic area and are assigned relevant FRCs, are combined with the flow section information to generate a first data group. The first data group is streamed to a first traffic message service.

Abstract: Questions play a central role in assessment of a candidate's expertise during an interview or examination. However, generating such questions from input text documents manually needs specialized expertise and experience. Further, techniques that are available for automated question generation require input sentence as well as an answer phrase in that sentence to generate question. This in-turn requires large training datasets consisting tuples of input sentence answer-phrase and the corresponding question. Additionally, training datasets are available are for general purpose text, but not for technical text. Present application provides systems and methods for generating technical questions from technical documents. The system extracts meta information and linguistic information of text data present in technical documents. The system then identifies relationships that exist in provided text data. The system further creates one or more graphs based on the identified relationships.

Abstract: The agricultural lending decision making process is complex due to various issues. Most of the financial institutions relied on subjective analysis to assess the credit risk of borrowers. A method and system for assessing credit worthiness of a farmer and risks associated with a farm have been provided. The credit worthiness of the farmer and risk associated with farm is assessed by aggregating data which significantly influence the farmer credit repayment ability. The system is configured to calculate farm credit risk score based on the farm capability, farmer socioeconomic traits and entrepreneurial quality which helps to assess credit worthiness of farmer accurately. The credit worthiness of the farmer is analyzed using satellite data, field data from the farm and risks associated with them. The farm credit risk score is calculated in real time basis to every farm loan sanctioned by the lending institutions to safeguard their loss and non-performing loans.

Abstract: Traditional systems used for fashion attribute detection struggle to generate accurate predictions due to presence of large intra-class and relatively small inter-class variations in data related to the fashion attributes. The disclosure herein generally relates to image processing, and, more particularly, to a method and system for fashion attribute detection. The method proposes F-AttNet, an attribute extraction network to leverage the performance of fine-grained localized fashion attribute recognition. F-AttNet comprises Attentive Multi-scale Feature Encoder (AMF) blocks that encapsulate multi-scale fine-grained attribute information upon adaptive recalibration of channel weights. F-AttNet is designed by hierarchically stacking the AMF encoders to extract deep fine-grained information across multiple scales.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to method and system for improving Wi-Fi performance in co-existing communication networks using learning methodologies. In recent times, most of telecom operators have expressed interest in deploying LTE (Long-Term Evolution) over the unlicensed spectrum. However, simultaneous use of unlicensed band (by operators using LTE and other Wi-Fi) presents coexistence challenges in terms of network performance especially for the Wi-Fi. The disclosed techniques enable improving the Wi-Fi performance in the co-existing communication networks based on learning methodologies. The disclosed techniques improve Wi-Fi performance based on several steps that includes detecting an interfering channel, and further identifying an optimal channel to mitigate the interference caused by the detected interfering channel. The optimal channel is identified based on an optimization technique, wherein the optimization technique is a reinforcement learning technique based on a Q-learning.

Abstract: System and method of generating an executable action item in response to natural language dialogue are disclosed herein. A computing system receives a dialogue message from a remote client device of a customer associated with an organization, the dialogue message comprising an utterance indicative of an implied goal. A natural language processor of the computing system parses the dialogue message to identify one or more components contained in the utterance. The planning module of the computing system identifies the implied goal. The computing system generates a plan within a defined solution space. The computing system generates a verification message to the user to confirm the plan. The computing system transmits the verification message to the remote client device of the customer.
