Abstract: Disclosed are examples for adjusting screen brightness based on screen content being presented on a display screen of a mobile device. The described examples may determine a time at which the screen content is to be evaluated. The screen content is categorized based on the evaluation. A category of the screen content may be input into a machine learning algorithm that may be used to determine whether a screen brightness adjustment is appropriate. If a screen brightness adjustment is appropriate, a degree of the screen brightness adjustment may be determined.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to system and method for molecular property prediction. Typically, message-pooling mechanism employed in molecular property prediction using conventional message passing neural networks (MPNN) causes over smoothing of the node embeddings of the molecular graph. The disclosed system utilizes edge conditioned identity mapping convolution neural network for the message passing phase. In message passing phase, the system computes an incoming aggregated message vector for each node of the plurality of nodes of the molecular graph based on encoded message received from neighboring nodes such that encoded message vector is generated by fusing a node information and an connecting edge information of the set of neighboring nodes of the node. The incoming aggregated message vector is utilized for computing updated hidden state vector of each node.

In examples, the single tap of the card may be preconfigured to cause automatic payment of a predefined amount toward a card balance. If the single tap is not preconfigured to mean automatic card payment, the user may be presented with a notification and various payment amount options, which the user can select to pay toward the card balance.

Abstract: A nested drill bit assembly is disclosed for drilling a wellbore, comprising a parent bit and at least one child bit nested within the parent bit. Each bit in the nested drill bit assembly may be driven by a respective casing that gets cemented in place as part of a drilling with casing system. The parent bit and child bit(s) may be rotated together, with the parent bit and child bit collectively defining a contiguous cutting profile for drilling an initial segment of the wellbore. A driver is then lowered into the casing for connection to the child bit to drill beyond the parent bit. The driver may be configured as a drive bit for drilling through material leftover from a cementing operation prior to connecting to the child bit.

The web form is populated with the sensitive information of the second user responsive to receiving the authorization from the second user to release the sensitive information, and the populated form including the sensitive information of the second user is provided to the web application.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for determining monitoring compliance for an enterprise application deployed on an application delivery platform. Existing resources, monitors and alerts are discovered with gaps in monitoring being calculated based on a comparison of monitoring objectives and the existing monitors and alerts. Gaps in monitoring are reported in a GUI reflecting effectiveness of existing monitors.

The method further includes updating corresponding metadata associated with the first and second media events to include the transitional relationship. The method further includes selecting, from a drop down menu displayed on the graphical user interface, an option to generate a podcast from the plurality of media events. The method further includes generating the podcast from the plurality of media events by retrieving the plurality of media events from the media event database along with the metadata, converting the plurality of media events and the metadata into a common format to produce the podcast, and distributing the podcast over a network.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to system and method for molecular property prediction using hypergraph message passing neural network (HMPNN). Typical MPNN architectures used for chemical graphs representation learning have limitations, including, inefficiency to learn long-range dependencies for homogeneous graphs, ineffectiveness to model topological properties of graphs taking into consideration the multiscale representations, and lack of anti-smoothing weighting mechanism to address graphs random walk limit distribution. Disclosed method and system HyperGraph attention-driven Hypergraph Convolution. The Hypergraph attention driven convolution, on molecular hypergraph results in learning efficient embeddings on the high-order molecular graph-structured data. By taking into account the transient incidence matrix, the induced inductive bias augments the scope of molecular hypergraph representation learning.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to the field of recommendation of learning competencies. The usage of competency-based learning platforms is growing as it provides a safe learning environment where learners/users can learn from the comfort of their homes at a convenient time. However, one of the challenges with competency-based learning platforms is to identify learning competencies/courses relevant to a learner as exhaustive material is available on the internet. The disclosure addresses the challenges by providing techniques for personalized recommendation of cognitive based learning competencies and skill based learning competencies. The disclosed techniques recommend cognitive based learning competencies and skill based learning competencies based on several techniques that include a machine learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), a skill based recommendation technique and a collaborative cognitive recommendation technique.
