  • Publication number: 20250156689
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to time series signal classification, and, more particularly, to a method and system for multiple time series classification on tiny edge devices using lightweight attention. Transformer based techniques, sequential deep neural network and the like are utilized for performing time series signal classification. Also, time series classification techniques suitable for tiny edge devices are limited. The method discloses a lightweight attention network comprising attention condenser modules for time series classification on tiny edge device. The method defines a search space which is being used for performing a neural architecture search space that helps to optimize the lightweight attention network to obtain a final lightweight attention network model with high accuracy, low resource and fast inference.

  • Publication number: 20250156861
Abstract: Example embodiments provide systems and methods for increasing the cryptographic strength of an encryption or message-authentication-code-(MAC) generation technique. According to some embodiments, a MAC may be constructed around a shared secret (such as a random initialization number), thereby increasing strength of the MAC against brute force attacks based on the size of the shared secret. The MAC may be combined with randomized data, and may also be encrypted to further bolster the strength of the code. These elements (shared secret, MAC algorithm, and encryption algorithm) may be employed in various combinations and to varying degrees, depending on the application and desired level of security. At each stage, the cryptographic construct operates on the cyptographically modified data from the previous stage. This layering of cryptographic constructs may increase the strength of the group of contrasts more efficiently than applying any one construct with a larger key size or similar increase in complexity.

  • Publication number: 20250157605
Abstract: A charting system is provided for use in a healthcare facility having a network. The charting system includes a microphone to receive voice inputs from a caregiver. A vital sign monitor obtains a vital sign from a patient and displays it. The system includes a communication device having a voice-to-text module that includes a processor coupled to the microphone. The processor operates a voice-to-text algorithm that converts the vital sign into text in response to the caregiver dictating the vital sign into the microphone. The processor initiates transmission of the vital sign to an EMR computer via the network after conversion of the at least one vital sign to text.

  • Publication number: 20250157638
Abstract: Systems and methods of associating beds and/or rooms and/or patients are provided. One system and method involves using a signature of emitted light to determine a location of a patient bed in a healthcare facility. Another system and method involves reading a bar code from an array of redundant bar codes. Still another system and method involves manually entering location information on a graphical user interface of a patient bed for subsequent transmission. A further system and method involves sending bed ID and location ID along parallel paths from two independent circuits on a patient bed for receipt by two different transceivers and ultimately by two different remote computers that cooperate to associate the bed ID with the location ID. Still a further system and method involves using circuitry on a bed to mutate a received location ID and a bed ID into a single unique mutated ID such as by adding the location ID and bed ID and then performing a hashing operation.

Abstract: A method includes generating a second public key and a second private key of a second public-private key pair, and transmitting the second public key to a first user device, which stores an encrypted biometric template. The encrypted biometric template is a biometric template encrypted with a first public key of a first public-private key pair. The first user device encrypts the encrypted biometric template with the second public key to form a double encrypted biometric template. The method includes receiving the double encrypted biometric template from the first user device, decrypting the double encrypted biometric template using the second private key to obtain the encrypted biometric template, determining a test biometric template and encrypting the test biometric template, comparing the encrypt-test biometric template and the encrypted biometric template to obtain an encrypted biometric match score, and transmitting the encrypted biometric match score to a server computer.

  • Publication number: 20250158820
Abstract: Systems and methods for managing resource access permissions for users with secured and unsecured authentication tokens. In some aspects, the system may receive, from a user, a resource access request for a system. The resource access request may include a user identifier and a first activity for the resource access request. The system may retrieve information regarding authentication tokens associated with the user usable to process the resource access request. In response to determining whether the user is associated with the secured authentication token and the unsecured authentication token, the system may process, using a machine learning model, the resource access request to determine a measure of risk to the system that is associated with executing the resource access request for the user. In response to determining that the measure of risk is below a threshold, the system may process the resource access request using the unsecured authentication token.

  • Publication number: 20250159082
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for machine learning systems to process incoming call-center calls based on caller preferences. Text of historical interactive communications of a set of first callers is used to train one or more machine learning models to extract current caller preferences. A first sentiment score of a current caller may be labeled as a complaint and, based on subsequent utterances of the current caller, a first and second sentiment score trend of the current caller are detected relative to the complaint. For a second sentiment score above a complaint threshold, phrasing is generated for a call center agent interacting with the current caller and, for a second sentiment score below the complaint threshold, utterances are labelled as non-complaint utterances, and identified as a call resolution.

  • Patent number: 12298989
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for determining data shifts using change point detection in time series datasets. The system receives, from a change point modelling system, a first model and a plurality of change points detected within a time series dataset using the first model. The system generates, for each change point, a second corresponding model that fails to detect a corresponding change point and inputs the time series dataset into the first model and into each second corresponding model. The system determines a performance difference between the first model and each second corresponding model and assigns severity metrics to the change points based on the corresponding performance difference. The system selects a subset of change points based on the severity metrics and determines a cause of each change point of the subset of change points.
