Abstract: A composition comprising a cannabinoid, in particular a phytocannabinoid or a synthetic cannabinoid, where the cannabinoid is stabilised against oxidation and/or photochemical degradation, characterized in that the composition comprises a micellar solution of composite micelles in an aqueous solution and where the composite micelles encapsulate the cannabinoid.

Abstract: An activation control module utilizes gravity and/or centrifugal acceleration to move a mechanical element that controls, activates or deactivates a mechanical or hydraulic mechanism, for use with a downhole tool such as a drilling tool or reamer in a wellbore. In embodiments, the activation control module described herein may utilize a combination of centrifugal acceleration and/or gravity due to an inclination of the downhole tool to move a valve, which turns off pressure to a hydro-mechanical system. The activation control modules may be utilized in applications where very little space is available for larger mechanisms. Further, the activation control modules do not require expensive and complex electro-mechanical systems, reducing or eliminating the need for batteries, wiring, electronics, motors, pumps and the like. Moreover, the activation control modules described herein do not require the use of a turbine, a centrifugal clutch or a linear actuator.

Abstract: An automated kiosk is located adjacent to a point of access to a room or premises. The kiosk can control an automated locking mechanism for the point of access. The kiosk can read the temperature of all persons that attempt to enter the room or premises. The kiosk can also command the persons to sanitize their hands in a sanitation window of the kiosk while dispensing sanitizer and monitoring the hands of the person for effective sanitation action. The kiosk can read identification credentials, perform facial recognition, speech recognition and recognize gestures of persons. The kiosk can be further coupled to a central control computer.

Abstract: Provided is a computer-implemented method for implementing a hybrid deep neural network. The method may include generating a first model comprising a generalized matrix factorization model, the generalized matrix factorization model configured to determine one or more latent factors based on receiving transaction data associated with one or more payment transactions; generating a second model comprising a deep neural network model, the deep neural network model comprising a plurality of hidden layers; generating a combined model; and determining a rating for a payment account based on transaction data associated with a plurality of payment transactions, wherein the rating comprises an indication that the payment account will be used to conduct a plurality of payment transactions involving a merchant, and wherein the transaction data comprises merchant transaction data and user transaction data. A system and computer program product are also provided.

Abstract: Provided is a system including at least one host application processor and at least one field programmable gate array (FPGA) device coupled to the at least one host application processor via a communication bus, the at least one host application processor is programmed or configured to receive a transaction data record comprising transaction data associated with a payment transaction, transmit the transaction data record to the at least one FPGA device via the communication bus, and receive an encrypted transaction data record from the at least one FPGA device via the communication bus, wherein one or more data fields of the transaction data record are encrypted to generate the encrypted transaction data record. A method and computer program product are also provided.

A method may comprise disposing a downhole tool into a borehole, applying a voltage difference between the array of injector electrodes, constructing a first set of formation images for each of the plurality of frequencies, applying a mud effect removal algorithm to produce a second set of formation images for each of the plurality of frequencies, applying a dielectric correction algorithm to each of the plurality of frequencies to produce a third set of formation images for each of the plurality of frequencies, and combining the first set of formation images, the second set of formation images, and the third set of formation images to obtain a blended image. A system for resistivity imaging may comprise a downhole tool. The downhole tool may comprises a pad, an array of injector electrodes, and one or more return electrodes.

Abstract: The present disclosure is a method of removing contaminants from a feed stream comprising said contaminants and process liquid by bringing the feed stream into contact with a heated heating fluid in or in proximity to a separation vessel thereby causing process liquid to vaporise and flow out of the separation vessel as vapour, after which it can be recovered. Embodiments of the method may include using a heavy heating fluid whose density is higher than that of the feed stream and/or vigorously agitating the pool of heating fluid in the separation vessel.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein describe systems and methods to generate statuses of higher level integrated logical clusters from one or more output files generated by the clusterwares of a plurality of lower level physical clusters. The systems and methods provide an interactive dashboard graphical user interface (GUI) rendering the statuses of the higher level logical clusters. In response to a drill down selection by the system administrator, the systems and methods may render resource level statuses of the plurality of resources forming the higher level logical cluster. Therefore, by using a single dashboard, a system administrator can seamlessly transition between statuses at different level of abstractions for multiple resources distributed across multiple geographically diverse datacenters. Furthermore, the dashboard allows the system administrator to perform failover operations.

The device determines augmented reality (AR) vehicle information based on the make, the model, and the year represented by the scale model of the vehicle, and provides the AR vehicle information to enable a user device to associate the AR vehicle information with the image of the scale model of the vehicle. The device receives an input associated with the AR vehicle information, and determines updated AR vehicle information based on the input associated with the AR vehicle information. The device provides the updated AR vehicle information to enable the user device to associate the updated augmented reality vehicle information with the image of the scale model of the vehicle.

Abstract: A system and method for assisting with interactions between agents and customers using an artificially intelligent assistant is disclosed. The artificially intelligent assistant monitors interactions between agents and customers and identifies assistive actions to be taken that increase efficiency of the interaction as well as customer satisfaction. The artificially intelligent agent can also identify new communication modes appropriate for assistive actions, allowing agents to seamlessly communicate with customers over a wide range of different communication modes, such as phone calls, texts, emails and other messaging applications.

Abstract: Implementations selectively message member account data to client applications to reduce server load. When a monitored load on cloud servers meets a criteria, a hold status may be triggered. During the hold status, member accounts may be monitored and client applications may be transmitted push messages, for example when a change is detected in a member's monitored account. The push messages can contain the detected changes, such as a posted transaction that triggered the message. Implementations of the client application can be configured to display local data (stored from the push messages) during the hold status in response to a member's request to access/view their account. Because server to client communication is limited to messages that contain member account changes, an overall server load can be reduced.

Abstract: Methods including precipitated and mined calcium carbonate lost circulation materials for use in subterranean formation operations. The precipitated calcium carbonate lost circulation materials are formed under a chosen set of precipitation conditions, including in situ in a subterranean formation. The mined calcium carbonate lost circulation materials are obtained in a desired morphological form under naturally occurring mined conditions. The precipitated and mined calcium carbonate lost circulation materials may be needle-shaped aragonite having an aspect ratio of about 1.4 to about 15.

Abstract: A system, method, and computer-readable medium for proving feedback on database instructions, identifying, for example, existing patterns and providing suggested replacement instructions. This may have the effect of improving the efficiency of instructions used to create and/or manipulate databases. According to some aspects, these and other benefits may be achieved by parsing received instructions into an organizational structure, traversing the organizational structure for known patterns, and suggesting replacement patterns. In implementation, this may be effected by receiving one or more sets of known patterns and corresponding replacement patterns, parsing received instructions, comparing the known patterns with the parsed instructions, and providing suggested replacement patterns based on one or more known patterns matching the parsed instructions. The request message comprising a first current token tracking value and a first function index value. The server computer can determine a second function index value. The server computer can then compare the first function index value to the second function index value. If the first function index value and the second function index value match, the server computer can determine a function based on the first function index value and a stored function table associated with the user device. The server computer can then determine a second current token tracking value based on the function, then compare the first current token tracking value to the second current token tracking value. The server computer can generate a response message in response to the comparing.

Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring through graphical user interfaces are disclosed. In one aspect, a system is disclosed that includes a processor and data storage including instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to perform operations. The operations include maintaining an input file including predetermined criteria for a plurality of factors, receiving a model dataset generated using a model, based on the input file and the model dataset, generating a first graphical user interface that includes a graphical illustration of a subset of the plurality of factors, a model risk for the model, and a selectable feature associated with a selected factor in the subset and a selected time period. The operations further include receiving through the first graphical user interface a selection of the selectable feature, and, in response, generating a second graphical user interface that recolors a portion of the first graphical user interface.

Abstract: A system may receive a query configured to access a column in a data table. The data table may be in a flat file in a big data storage format. The system may detect the language type of the query and validate the query against the syntax of the language type. The system may also validate an access permission for data in the data table. The access permission may be stored in a permissions database. The system may generate a temporary table including the column with the temporary table configured to support the language type. The system may execute the query against the temporary table to generate a query result based on the temporary table as though it were the underlying data table. The system may enforce column-level or row-level access permissions by excluding columns or rows from the temporary table.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for processing of messages subject to dead letter queues in representational state transfer (“REST”) architectures to prevent data loss in cloud-based environments. For example, as opposed to conventional RESTful application programming interface (“API”) approaches to handling message failures, the systems and methods provide a new system component to handle these failures. Specifically, instead of relying on a conventional dead letter queue (e.g., requiring a system to read the queue via lambda functions), the systems and methods create a representative system file based on any REST call in which a failure is detected.
