Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive a plurality of video streams, wherein each video stream is associated with a user of a client device, and wherein the plurality of video streams are associated with a virtual session involving the plurality of client devices. The system may process the plurality of video streams to produce a plurality of processed video streams in which backgrounds of the plurality of video streams are removed. The system may generate a virtual environment that includes a common virtual background, wherein the virtual environment is to be associated with the plurality of processed video streams. The system may transmit one or more output video streams that include the virtual environment with the common virtual background and one or more processed video streams of the plurality of processed video streams.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments for managing comments in a program code file. A system may select program code and compile it to an intermediary code. The system may compare the intermediary code to a library of intermediary code snippets associated with comments. Based on the comparison, a system may recognize the code to be obsolete. In some embodiments, a system may generate one or more recommendations to update a code. Based on received feedback regarding a recommendation, a system may accordingly update a code.

Abstract: The system and methods described herein may be utilized to perform operations in a faster and less complex manner than provided by conventional systems. An encrypted record may be stored at a user device. The encrypted record may include entries related to operations that were previously requested by the user device. The encrypted record may have been encrypted using a dynamic value and a key that is associated with an entity associated with the user. A recipient computer of a request by the user device may be configured to utilize the dynamic value provided in the request and the key associated with the entity to derive the encryption key(s) last used to encrypt the record. The recipient computer may decrypt and modify the decrypted record to perform the requested operation while the user device is precluded from doing so.

Abstract: A first device may receive, from a second device, a request to approve a transaction wherein the request includes transaction data related to the transaction and an image of a signature of an individual that submitted the request. The first device may determine, after receiving the request, a priority level associated with the transaction based on the transaction data. The first device may process the image of the signature using a computer vision technique and/or a vector-based technique. The first device may select, from a memory storing a plurality of comparator signatures, a comparator signature for the signature based on the priority level. The first device may use the comparator signature to verify the signature to approve or deny the transaction. The first device may perform a comparison of the comparator signature and the signature in the image after processing the image and selecting the comparator signature.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing alerts to a user. The systems and methods may include a financial service provider including a memory device storing instructions. The financial service provider may also include at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform a plurality of operations. The operations may include receiving data relating to an activity of a user. The operations may also include identifying a merchant based at least on the received data. The operations may also include accessing historical fraud or disputes data associated with at least one of the user and the merchant. The operations may also include determining whether the received data triggers an alert. The operations may further include sending an alert message to a user device associated with the user when the processor determines that the received data triggers the alert.

Abstract: A patient support apparatus pneumatic system may include a mattress defining an interior and a pneumatic enclosure in fluid communication with the interior and comprising an inlet and an outlet. A blower may be in fluid communication with the interior and the pneumatic enclosure. A pressure sensor may be configured to detect a pressure at the outlet. A controller may be configured to monitor a speed of the blower and the pressure at the outlet for detecting at least one of an intake blockage condition and an exhaust blockage condition.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for generating a dynamic customized script to facilitate communication between a user and a service provider. The method includes receiving, via an interactive voice response (IVR) system, a request from a mobile device associated with at least one user. The contextual information associated with at least one user is processed, in real-time, based, at least in part, on the request. A dynamic customized script specific to the request is generated, in real-time, based, at least in part, on the processing of the contextual information. The request is routed, via the IVR system, to an agent from a pool of agents of the service provider. A presentation of the dynamic customized script is generated in a user interface of a device associated with the agent, wherein the dynamic customized script is step-by-step guidance to the agent for handling the request of at least one user.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for making purchases at a merchant point-of-sale (POS) device using a mobile device. Transaction information may be communicated from the POS device to the mobile device and an authorization from the purchaser to proceed with the transaction returned to the POS device from the mobile device. After authorization, the POS device may communicate the transaction information together with an identifier of the mobile device to a financial institution to process payment. The financial institution may confirm the transaction with the purchaser at the mobile device using the identifier of the mobile device. Upon receiving a confirmation response from the mobile device, the financial institution may then transfer funds from a purchaser account to a merchant account.

A control center may be communicatively coupled to the main breaker or any one or more other components to control one or more operations of the grid power configuration.

Abstract: A method is disclosed. The method includes constructing a table by encrypting a plurality of unencrypted match values using a public key to produce a plurality of encrypted match values. Each unencrypted match value being an indication of a degree of match between an input biometric template and an enrollment template. The method includes arranging each row so that each row has a match value and a corresponding encrypted match value. The method also includes storing, in a database, the table comprising the plurality of encrypted match values and the plurality of unencrypted match values. The server computer can be programmed to receive an encrypted biometric template and the table is used to determine a match value using the encrypted biometric template, and the match value is used to determine if a person is enrolling a biometric template associated with the encrypted biometric template more than once.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing mobile device updates. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can include a key provisioning system, a key system, and mobile devices. The key provisioning system can provide keys to the mobile devices and the key system. The key system can receive a key from the key provisioning system, receive a request from an application system, calculate a first token, and provide the first token to the application system for transmission to a mobile device. The mobile device can receive a key from the key provisioning system, establish a local connection with a connected device, receive an application and the first token from the connected device, generate a second token using the application and the key, compare the first token and the second token, and update the mobile device according to the application based on a result of the comparison.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device, using a browser extension of a browser application, may obtain the data from an application using a private endpoint of the application. The private endpoint of the application may be accessible via a private network in which the browser application is implemented and may not be accessible via a public network. The device, using the browser extension of the browser application, may transmit, to the cloud-based service, the data to cause the cloud-based service to populate a document with the data.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for streamlining interactions between a customer and a customer service representative of a company. An interaction is commenced between the customer and the customer service representative during which historical data is accessed related to the customer stored in a company controlled computer system responsive to the interaction. The historical data preferably relates to at least one product or service provided by the company to the customer. At least a part of the historical information is displayed to the customer service representative. On the display, a first tab is generated related to the historical data as is a second tab relating to a quote for a new product or service for offering to the customer. The customer service representative is thereafter enabled to switch between displaying the historical data and the quote by selecting the first or second tab, respectively, without having to save the quote.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for activating a card using augmented reality. The systems and methods may include capturing a real-time image of the card using a customer device, and extracting card information from the real-time image. The card information may be processed and used by a customer device or a financial provider server to activate the card. The customer device may display interactive graphics overlaid on the real-time card image to guide the customer through the activation process, and to educate the customer about the components of the card and aspects of the financial service associated with the card, such as a credit card service. The customer may interact with the overlaid graphics such as by selecting icons or portions of the card to trigger tutorials or to set preferences related to the card and/or financial service.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for providing cloud-based access to consumer financial information. A cloud-based platform may receive a notification from a server, the notification comprising a request to access consumer data associated with a financial services account. After confirming authorization by both the associated financial services account provider and the consumer, the platform may configure a software object identifying the server and at least a portion of the consumer data that the server is authorized to access. After presentation of the configured software object by the third party server, the platform may verify the configured software object, and provide to the server access to the authorized consumer data. The server may then utilize the provided consumer data to perform a mobile service for the consumer.

Abstract: A method including receiving a funds transfer request initiated by a sender to facilitate a transfer of funds to a recipient. The funds can be transferred from a sender account of the sender at a sender financial institution to a recipient account of the recipient at a recipient financial institution. The funds transfer request can include a public token for the recipient but not including an account number of the recipient account at the recipient financial institution. The public token for the recipient can be confirmed as useable to contact the recipient based on one or more responses by the recipient to one or more authentication request messages provided to the recipient using the public token. The method also can include determining a private token for the recipient account using an information directory based on the public token. The private token can be embedded with information that identifies the recipient financial institution.
