Abstract: A shelf assembly comprising a plurality of parallel spaced platform members and a plurality of spaced frame members fixedly connected to the platform members so as to define a grid-like shelf, each of the frame members extending normal to the platform members and each having distal ends extending beyond the outer most platform members. A pair of allochirally configurated shelf end support brackets is provided, each end bracket having means for freely supporting the distal ends of the frame members so as to support the shelf in a generally horizontal plane when the support brackets are secured to an associated wall.
