In an aspect of the present disclosure, an apparatus for analyzing sleep and health status using radar according to at least one of the various embodiments of the present disclosure may include a memory; a radar sensor for sensing movement data during sleeping of a user; and a processor configured to analyze the sleep and health status by obtaining data sensed by the radar sensor, wherein the processor may be configured to convert the data sensed by the radar sensor into a frequency domain and obtain respiratory activity waveform and heartbeat waveform data.
