    Abstract: The provided is a biomineralization material for treating dentin hypersensitivity and promoting epitaxial growth of enamel and a use thereof. The biomineralization material includes following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-72 parts of a film-forming protein or a PEGylated film-forming protein, 4-67 parts of a water-soluble disulfide bond exchanger and 1-21 parts of a pH regulator. The present application proposes for the first time that the disulfide bond exchanger (e.g., cysteine (Cys)) without any toxicity may react with the film-forming protein or PEGylated film-forming protein. When a protein nano-coating with a mineralization regulating function is formed, no large number of macromolecular protein aggregates can be generated to block the dentin pores. The biomineralization material can permeate deeply into the exposed dentin pores, with the depth of 200-500 ?m (the sealing depth of the protein coating reacting with TCEP is only about 40 ?m).

In addition, after the protein film is decomposed, the matter to be immobilized will also be effectively cleared.

    Abstract: A high-efficiency supercritical oil extraction method is provided. According to the method, in an early extraction stage, extraction is performed using an extractant along an extraction kettle from top to bottom; in a middle extraction stage, the extraction kettle is longitudinally flipped by 180 degrees, extraction is still performed using an extractant along the extraction kettle from top to bottom; in a later extraction stage, extraction is performed using a conventional extractant along the extraction kettle from bottom to top.     Abstract: A method of stripping films which are stuck together without damage is disclosed. The whole reel of films which are stuck together is placed in a sealing device with outlet valves. Liquid nitrogen is added at a bottom of the sealing device. The films are stripped off by a flow of gas through gaps between the layers of the films while the vaporization of liquid nitrogen. The present invention adopts a natural force of liquid nitrogen vaporization to strip the films, which does not compromise the PH value, the dimensional performance and the mechanical performance of the films. The films are stripped off without damage. The conventional method of stripping the films causes the fragile film to break off or the image layer with a decreased combing power to detach. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, low cost and good promotion value.

During the implementation of the method, the air compressor is started such that pressure reaches 0.6-0.9 MPa; three-way valves are regulated so as to introduce pressure into film-clasping cylinders and pressing-plate cylinders via diverter valves; the cylinder spindles of the film-clasping cylinders move the upper collets fixedly connected therewith, for fixing filmstrips; the cylinder spindles of the pressing-plate cylinders move the pressing plate fixedly connected therewith such that the binding underlay on the lower surface of the pressing plate contacts the heating plate; in this way, pressuring, heating and restoring are carried out. Through steps of pressing, heating, fixing filmstrips, shape-restoring and transporting the distorted filmstrips under the pressure of 0.5-0.8 MPa and the temperature of 80-90° C.
