    Abstract: A method of preparing an aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin with antioxidant activity and Enterococcus faecalis detection ability includes: 1) mixing a sturgeon skin gelatin and distilled water in a ratio of 1:15-1:25 (w/v) at 50-70° C. and filtering to obtain a sturgeon skin gelatin solution; 2) adding aesculin and a glycerin solution to the sturgeon skin gelatin solution, stirring the resulted sturgeon skin gelatin solution at 30-50° C. for 30 minutes, and filtering; and 3) removing air bubbles from the sturgeon skin gelatin solution of step 2) under reduced pressure, placing the sturgeon skin gelatin solution on an acrylic glass, and drying the sturgeon skin gelatin solution at in a vented oven 25° C. and 45-55% relative humidity for 24 hours to obtain the aesculin sturgeon skin gelatin film.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a pH-responsive amphoteric surfactant N-lauryl-(?-alkyl)-?-aminopropionic acid and a preparation method and uses thereof. An alkylamine and a solvent are added to a three-necked flask, stirred for complete dissolution, slowly dropwise added with methyl ?-alkyl-acrylate and reacted at room temperature after the ice-water bath is removed. The reaction mixture is refluxed in water bath and evaporated under rotation to remove the solvent and the residual methyl ?-alkyl-acrylate to give N-lauryl-(?-alkyl)-?-aminopropionic acid. Then N-lauryl-(?-alkyl)-?-aminopropionic acid and water are added to a three-necked flask, slowly dropwise added with a sodium hydroxide solution and reacted in water bath to give a crude product, which is filtered and dried to give a purified surfactant sodium N-lauryl-(?-alkyl)-?-aminopropionate. This surfactant is suitable for the foamed acid system and its performance can be switched by adjusting pH due to pH sensitivity.

    Abstract: Preparation of high-performance antimicrobial agent based on ZnO/GODs-PEI composites. Nano ZnO is regarded as the effective antibacterial agents because of its distinctive photocatalytic properties. However, the fast recombination of photo-generated electrons and holes on the surface of ZnO seriously affects antibacterial activities. Therefore, numerous methods such as controlling the size and morphology of ZnO, doping metal and nonmetal ions, coupling semiconductor, constructing heterojunction and surface modification have been used to increase the activity of ZnO. The application aims to synthesize a stable low-dimensional ZnO/GQD aqueous with excellent dispersity and enhanced absorption to further improve its antibacterial activities. Hence, amphiphilic polyethylenimine-functionalized graphene quantum dots (GQD-PEI) was prepared firstly, which was then used to transfer ZnO NPs to water to obtain water-soluble ZnO/GODs-PEI composites.

Recently, casein has shown good application prospects in the field of medicine due to its good biocompatibility and unique cavity structure. However, research on preparation of casein-based dual drug-loaded microcapsules is still rarely reported. In this invention, dual drug-loaded casein microcapsules is obtained via interfacial polymerization method, where drug-loaded casein can be used as outer shell material in capsule, and silica is served as inner shell in the capsule. In the obtained microcapsule, drugs can not only be loaded in the inner cavity, but also in casein shell. Application of the dual drug-loaded microcapsules in the treatment of diseases is expected to reduce the number of dose to a certain extent and improve the therapeutic effect.

The auxiliary obtained in this invention is easily to penetrate into gap of the collagen fibers, and forms nano and micro-scale combination with the leather collagen, which can further improve the multi-point combination of the acrylic polymer with the collagen. Thus, the filling property of the leather that treated by the auxiliary is improved without affect the yield of leather, and the chromium content in the waste water is significantly reduced.

The device can prepare a composite material having good interface bonding, by utilizing induced heating under the premise of controllable temperature and pressure, and by utilizing the characteristic that the reactants themselves are heated.
