    Abstract: A method of accurately predicting energy consumption of an automatic tool change process is described. Automatic tool change durations at a plurality of groups of rotary tool position numbers are measured and a calculation model of the automatic tool change duration is obtained. A basic module power of machine is obtained. A basic module energy consumption of machine is obtained by calculation based on the basic module power of machine and the automatic tool change duration. A steady state power of tool changer is obtained. A steady state energy consumption of tool changer is calculated. A transient state energy consumption of tool changer is obtained by accumulating energy consumptions. An energy consumption prediction model of the automatic tool change process is obtained using the obtained basic module energy consumption of machine, the obtained steady state energy consumption of tool changer, and the obtained transient state energy consumption of tool changer.

    Abstract: A mold with cavities for nanoimprint lithography and a method of imprinting the same. The mold is a one-piece structure, including an upper mold and a lower mold which are welded together. The upper mold is evenly provided with a plurality of stepped holes. A plurality of grooves are provided at an upper surface of the lower mold. Both ends of each groove are respectively connected to an external high-pressure water pump and an external vacuum pump via pipelines. An airtight cavity is additionally provided at the interior of the mold to form a negative pressure in the cavity by vacuumizing during the imprint process. In the demolding, a crack is formed at the interface between the mold and the imprint resist by using water pressure and expands to the entire interface for the demolding of the imprinted structure.

    Abstract: A device and a method for detecting main acoustic indexes of multi-beam sonar pertaining to the field of hydrographic surveying and charting technology. The device includes a rotating device and a lifting gear installed in an anechoic tank. The bottom of the rotating device is equipped with a multi-beam sonar that has its rotating plane perpendicular to the direction of track line and transmits signals along the horizontal direction. A standard hydrophone is equipped at the bottom of the lifting gear, and is connected with a signal collector. The device utilizes the standard hydrophone to receive the pulse signals transmitted by the multi-beam sonar and employs the multi-beam sonar to receive the standard sound source signals, designs the detection process for data collection for analysis and research, thereby achieving the detection of the frequency, source level and beam angle of multi-beam sonar.
