Abstract: A wheel reversing mechanism, a cart frame, and an apparatus are provided. The wheel reversing mechanism includes a frame, a wheel assembly and a linkage assembly provided within the frame. The linkage assembly includes a locking mechanism and an actuator cooperated with the wheel assembly. The wheel assembly includes a wheel joint and a wheel connected to the wheel joint. The wheel joint is rotatably connected to a lower end of the frame, the actuator is connected to the wheel joint. The locking mechanism is locked to the wheel joint. The linkage assembly is acted by an external force, such that the locking mechanism is unlocked from the wheel joint, and further, the actuator controls the wheel joint to rotate relative to the frame.
