The apparatus includes a receiving platform system and a printing device. The receiving platform system includes a conductivity cell, a high-voltage electrostatic generation system, a printing platform, and a printing platform driver. The conductivity cell contains salt solution. The high-voltage electrostatic generating system is connected with the conductivity cell. The printing platform is disposed in the salt solution in the conductivity cell. The printing device prints a product on the printing platform. Also provided are methods of preparing the stearoyl amino acid salt, and methods of using the stearoyl amino acid salt. Compared to a prototype drug stearoyl amino acid, the stearoyl amino acid salt described herein has excellent physicochemical properties, good stability, high relative bioavailability, a strong drug effect and a high safety factor. It is thus expected to become a candidate for clinical treatment of neurodegenerative diseases and acute brain injury, and a clinical drug for weight loss, thus having broad application prospects.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a tissue engineering graft, comprising:(a) pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material; and (b) seed cells, which can be inoculated on the described biodegradable material and are selected from:(i) fibroblasts; (ii) adipose derived cells, or (iii) mixture of dermal fibroblasts and ASCs according to the ratio of 1:10000-10000:1. The graft can be prepared by mixing of seed cell and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, obtaining a construct of seed cells and pharmaceutically-acceptable biodegradable material, then culturing the construct in a bioreactor in vitro. The graft can be used for repairing the defect of tendon tissues.
