Abstract: Provided is a method for performing an external pipe thread process on a hollow blank by at least twice rolling: firstly, the first rolling wheel group rolls the outer surface of the hollow blank into a threaded cylindrical surface or a threaded conical surface or a threaded cylindrical conical mixing surface, and secondly, the second rolling wheel group rolls again for the outer surface of the hollow blank which has processed in step 1, and rolling to form an external pipe thread; wherein the number of rolling wheels in a rolling wheel group, used in any two back-to-back rolling processes in a processing sequence, are different in parity. Further provided are various rolling head, module, apparatuses and production line for pipe thread, achieving the above processing method and having a simple structure, portability and practicality.

Abstract: A rolling head for rolling pipe threads includes at least two rolling wheels and a rolling wheel seat for positioning the rolling wheels, in which the rolling wheel includes a rolling wheel body and a rolling wheel axle, the rolling wheel body includes a rolling wheel pipe thread forming portion, an axial movement space is present in a direction along the rolling wheel axle of the rolling wheel relative to the rolling wheel seat, an axial distance of the axial movement space is 0.5 thread pitch to 1 thread pitch of a corresponding thread of the rolling wheel pipe thread forming portion.

Abstract: This invention provides a method for rolling an external pipe thread, a rolling head and device thereof. A rolling wheel carries out a thread rolling, wherein the thread rolling starts from a thread tail of the external pipe thread and moves towards a thread head of the external pipe thread, thereby completing the thread rolling. The rolling head of the invention comprises at least one rolling wheel arranged along a circumference, a corresponding rolling wheel axle and a corresponding rolling wheel seat; the rolling wheel is rotatably fixed to the rolling wheel seat via the rolling wheel axle; and the rolling wheel is provided with a pipe thread forming part having a thread length less than an effective thread length of the external pipe thread to be rolled.
