Abstract: The present application provides a preoperative detection method and a postoperative detection method for neuromapping, comprising releasing an electrical signal towards the renal artery blood vessel on one lateral side of the body of the patient by the electrode element; monitoring a heart rate by an electrocardiogram monitoring module, and monitoring a blood pressure change in said another renal artery blood vessel on the other lateral side of the body of the patient by the pressure sensor, and determining a nerve activity degree of the patient by judging whether the heart rate and the blood pressure change reach certain thresholds and making determinations in relation to the nerve activity degree so as to screen out the patients with an overactive sympathetic nerve, and a surgical effect of a denervation surgery can also be evaluated before or after the surgery, and can be used to determine whether to perform an ultrasonic ablation again.

Abstract: A ring contraction apparatus for a mitral valve annulus, comprising at least two fixing mechanisms, a piercing mechanism and a locking mechanism. Each fixing mechanism comprises a fixing knot and a traction wire, the traction wire is mounted on the fixing knot, and two ends of the traction wire are located outside a proximal end of the fixing knot. The piercing mechanism is used for piercing the fixing knots and the traction wires of the fixing mechanisms onto an annulus, so that the fixing knots are located on one side of the annulus and the two ends of the traction wire are located on the other side of the annulus. Traction wires of two adjacent fixing mechanisms are driven by traction forces to approach each other so as to shorten the distance between two adjacent fixing knots.
Abstract: A parachute-designed biodegradable occluder is provided. The parachute-designed biodegradable occluder is with a proximal end adjacent to a human body and a distal end far away from the human body. The parachute-designed biodegradable occluder includes an occluder stent internally provided with a baffle film, and a shapeable ring with changeable states. The occluder stent, the baffle film and the shapeable ring are respectively made of polymer materials being degradable in biological tissues. The occluder is made of a biodegradable polymer material, which is degradable or absorbable by human tissues after being implanted for a period of time to make a defect site composed of human tissues, realizing occlusion without foreign matter. The occlusion effect is particularly significant for children.
