    Abstract: A method for reconditioning a length of air core cable and for discharging moisture from the cable. Gas under pressure is forced into one end of the cable to cause discharge of moisture from an opposite end of the cable. A quantity of fluid solvent and lubricant is injected into the end of the cable and forced by gas under pressure as a unitary charge along the length of the cable.
