Abstract: Various exemplary attachments for hair care appliances and methods of using attachments for hair care appliances are provided. In general, a hair care appliance in an exemplary embodiment is in the form of a hair dryer that has an air inlet and at least one air outlet, and various internal components that facilitate use and operation of the hair care appliance, such as a fan, motor, and heater. In an exemplary embodiment, the hair care appliance is configured to releasably couple to an attachment so that the hair care appliance and the attachment are in electrical communication. The hair care appliance is configured to automatically identify the attachment releasably coupled to the hair care appliance.

Abstract: A hair care appliance and methods for drying and/or styling hair are provided. The hair care appliance includes a handle having an inlet and a body coupled to the handle and having a plurality of outlets. The handle can include a fan assembly and a motor assembly and the applicant can include one or more heater assemblies. In one embodiment, the appliance includes at least one heater assembly extending along the body between the proximal and distal ends. In some aspects, the at least one heater assembly can longitudinally separate a first plurality of bristles from a second plurality of bristles. In other embodiments, a baffle for directing airflow is provided. In other embodiments, the appliance is configured to switch between hair drying and hair heating modes.

Abstract: Various illustrative systems, devices, and methods for face masks are provided. In general, a face mask is configured to provide cooling therapy to a user wearing the face mask. In an exemplary implementation, the face mask includes a thermoelectric cooling device, such as a Peltier device, a thermoelectric cooler (TEC), or other thermoelectric cooling device. The face mask includes a fan configured to blow air configured to dissipate the heat created by the thermoelectric cooling device. The face mask includes a noise attenuation system configured to attenuate the generated noise that is radiated into the environment, and thus, heard by the user due to use of the fan.

Abstract: A mixing chamber for use in a beverage carbonation system is provided. In one embodiment, the mixing chamber includes a housing, an agitator, a motor assembly and a rigid plate. A housing of the agitator and a housing of the motor assembly can each include a set of magnetics disposed therein and magnetically coupled so as to provide magnetic coupling between the motor assembly and the agitator. The mixing chamber is configured to receive a gas, such as carbon dioxide, and a liquid, such as water, to form a carbonated fluid. The carbonated fluid can be dispensed from the beverage carbonation system as a beverage.

Abstract: A cooking system positionable on a support surface includes a housing having a hollow chamber including an internal cooking chamber for receiving a food item, at least one radiative heating element arranged within the hollow interior and operable to heat said cooking chamber and a convection heater disposed within the hollow chamber and operable to heat the cooking chamber. The cooking system is operable in a convection cooking mode and during the convection cooking mode, the at least one radiative heating element is selectively energized.
