Abstract: An inflator includes a cover hingedly formed on an inflatable clothing, an air-port seat formed under the cover having an air port formed through the air-port seat, and a self-restoring check valve hingedly formed under the air-port seat for normally elastically closing the air port as subjected to air pressure in the inflatable clothing, whereby upon opening of the cover, air can be blown into the inflatable clothing through the air port and to open the check valve to inflate the clothing for keeping warm or buoyant for the clothing wearer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fabric structure for manufacturing water sports garments. The foamed rubber sheet has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The inner fabric layer includes a draining fabric layer attached to the first surface of the foamed rubber sheet, an elastic fabric layer attached to the draining fabric layer, and a water repellent fabric layer attached to the elastic fabric layer. The outer fabric layer is attached to the second surface of the foamed rubber sheet. Water may directly pass into the draining fabric layer, through the water repellent fabric layer and the elastic fabric layer, and be drained out of the fabric structure. Therefore, the user wearing the water sports garment made of the fabric structure may feel comfortable and warm while water is drained out.

The method of preparing shoe sole includes irradiating an uncured rubber sheet by laser beam to pattern and vulcanize a portion of the uncured rubber, tailoring the partially patterned vulcanized rubber into a shoe shape, and afterward fully vulcanizing the partially patterned vulcanized rubber sheet to form a shoe sole. An additional step of assembling the upper panel of shoe sole on the partially vulcanized rubber sheet is also performed.

Also, the periphery of the neck opening is zipperless. The neck portion is arranged in the neck opening and attached to an inner surface of the torso portion for being worn on the wearer's neck and being folded to cover and seal the neck opening.

Abstract: A method of fabricating wetsuits and boots or gloves, made from rubber sponge material especially used for water sports, adheres each piece of the composition of the wetsuit or boots/gloves to be free from the problems of leaking or breaking caused by sewing or stitching. The method makes the finished garment not only strong and flexible, but also watertight so that the garment wearer feels dry and comfortable. The new method comprises the step of making an adhesion to form a cover, with the width of 1-25 mm and thickness of 0.3-1 mm, on the glued seams of the garment outer and/or inner surface in order to make each piece of the garment adhered completely with no sewing or stitching. The new method includes the additional step of putting the adhered panels of the garment into an oven at a temperature of 80-130° C., and for a time of 5-60 minutes, to make the adhesion vulcanized and cross-linked.
