Abstract: A camouflage outer wear garment system including garments incorporating selected patterns of leaf simulating camouflage strips. At least a portion of the camouflage strips include a multiplicity of texture imparting pleats projecting in transverse angled relation to the length direction of the strips. The camouflage strips may be arranged across portions of a jacket, trousers and/or hood for use alone or in combination with other garments.
Abstract: A multidimensional camouflage outer wear garment system including garments made of various combinations of two-dimensional and three-dimensional camouflage material. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional camouflage materials are positioned within garments so as to distort the smooth line silhouette of the wearer, thereby enhancing the total effectiveness of the camouflage. Zones of three-dimensional material are disposed across limited selected regions of the garments to maintain continuity of silhouette distortion while two-dimensional material is disposed over predefined extended regions adjacent the zones of three-dimensional material.
Abstract: A blind having a support system and a sheet material secured to at least a portion of the support system. The support system includes a number (n) of horizontal support members and a number (n+1) of vertical support members, wherein n corresponds to an integer of 2 or greater, and a plurality of flexible joints connecting each vertical support member to at least one of the horizontal support members, with at least one of the vertical support members connected by one of the joints to at least two of the horizontal support members.
Abstract: A portable shelter or camouflage support structure is formed by a plurality of bow formers that are pivoted at opposite bow ends for fan-like development about a substantially common axis or a cluster of parallel axes. Each bow former is having two or more rigid arc elements that are joined end-to-end by a polymer tubing splice joint with a substantial separation space between the two opposing ends of the rigid elements whereby the rotationally collapsed fan of the bow former elements is further folded upon itself to reduce the length and bulk of the structure without resort to independently attached and assembled elements.
