Abstract: A shock absorbing unit, a sole and a shoe having the shock absorbing unit are provided. The shock absorbing sole includes a first holding member mounted on an outsole, a first locking part placed on the first holding member and having on an upper surface an annular seating part, an elastic member seated in a receiving part of the first locking part, a second locking part mounted on the elastic member and having on a lower surface an annular seating part, a second holding member placed on the second locking part, an upper sole placed on the second holding member and having a second receiving part for the second holding member, and a supporting member having a receiving part that receives the elastic member and connected at opposite ends to the first and second locking parts.
