  • Patent number: 7182713
Abstract: A quick-coupling post for trampoline safety fence is formed from a plurality of sequentially connectable hollow sections and an elastic connecting element mounted in each section. Each of the hollow sections has an upper portion adapted to fitly extend into a lower portion of another section to align two through holes separately provided at the upper and the lower portion of the two hollow sections, respectively. The elastic connecting element is in the form of a letter V to include two normally outward stretched arms that naturally elastically press against two opposite inner surfaces of the hollow section. One of the two arms is provided at a free end with a short shaft tube that elastically extends through the two aligned through holes on two coupled hollow sections to hold the two coupled sections in place relative to each other.

  • Patent number: 6951369
Abstract: The structure has two lateral racks of which the upper ends can be mutually connected by using a top transverse rod which is optionally of a fixed or movable type, and a swing chair having swayable connecting members on its upper end to connect the top transverse rod pivotally; a front end of each rack is curved and extends down and frontwards at an area nearly of a middle point of it; the top of the front foot can be fixedly connected to the top transverse rod, while the bottom of the front foot can be put on the ground in an assembled state; a shorter rear foot of the rack is curved and extends down and rearwards, its top pivotally and movably connects the front foot at an area nearly of the middle point of the latter; a movable positioning piece is provided between the front and the rear feet, one end of the movable positioning piece pivotally and movably connects an area near the bottom of one of the two feet, while the other end is movably slipped over and positioned on the other foot.

  • Patent number: 6827395
Abstract: A safety lock for folding chair includes a top portion and two lateral wall portions to define an open-bottomed receiving space therebetween. The safety lock is mounted to a rear end of a seat frame tube of the folding chair by extending a shaft pin through two shaft holes provided at a rear end of the safety lock and two through holes provided on the seat frame tube, so that the safety lock may be pivotally turned about the shaft pin between a lock position, in which the seat frame tube is clamped in the receiving space and the folding chair is prevented from collapsing, and a release position, in which the safety lock is turned away from the seat frame tube. The two lateral wall portions have two bottom edges that are always located at finger accessible open positions to facilitate easy turning of the safety lock.

  • Publication number: 20040176214
Abstract: A connector for trampoline safety fence post includes a short supporting tube and a short connecting tube fixedly and parallelly connected to one side of the supporting tube. The supporting tube is fixedly connected at an upper end to a lower side of one of many frame pipes forming a trampoline frame, so that a corresponding tube-connecting end of one trampoline supporting leg may be upward inserted into a lower open end of the supporting tube, and a tube-connecting end of the safety fence poet may be downward inserted into an upper open end of the connecting tube. The connectors enable the trampoline supporting legs and the safety fence posts to be quickly connected to the frame supporting a jumping bed of the trampoline and ensure an enhanced structural strength at the connected points.

  • Publication number: 20040071496
Abstract: A pipe connecting structure for trampoline frame includes a first pipe, a second pipe, and a coupling bar. The first pipe is provided at an end with a diameter-reduced portion having two diametrically opposite slots. The coupling bar is press-fitted in the diameter-reduced portion of the first pipe with an axial opening formed at its outer end in alignment with the two diametrically opposite slots on the first pipe. The second pipe is provided near an end for connecting to the diameter-reduced portion of the first pipe with a radially extended fixing pin. When the second pipe is connected to the diameter-reduced portion of the first pipe, the radial fixing pin is located in the two slots of the first pipe and the axial opening of the coupling bar to prevent the two pipes from circumferential movement relative to each other.

  • Publication number: 20030094836
Abstract: A folding chair includes two rear legs having a predetermined shortened length and could therefore be collapsed into a rectangular body having a reduced overall length to occupy an even small space. A backrest is supported on two supporting tubes, which have lower insertion sections for inserting into upper bores of the rear legs. Push buttons are mounted in the supporting tubes and are normally pushed outward by elastic elements to engage with holes provided on the supporting tubes and the rear legs and thereby hold them together. When the push buttons are pushed radially inward, the supporting tubes could be detached from or retracted into the rear legs for the folding chair to have an even reduced collapse volume.

  • Patent number: 6517152
Abstract: A folding chair includes front and rear leg members, armrest members, a backrest support member, and a seat that are pivotally connected to one another to enable collapsing or extending of the folding chair. The folding chair is characterized in that the armrest members are provided with two long slots forward extended from joints of the armrest members and upper ends of the rear leg member, that an auxiliary brace is provided between each armrest member and the backrest support member, and that a pair of knuckle plates for pivotally connecting the backrest support member, the seat, and the rear leg member to one another have length-increased lower extension portions to enable downward pulling of the backrest support member and the seat to a lowered position when the folding chair is collapsed, so as to effectively reduce the collapse height and volume of the chair.
