    Abstract: A thin-film transistor array substrate for AMOLED and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The thin-film transistor array substrate includes: a substrate; a plurality of thin-film transistor pixel units mounted on the substrate, each of which includes at least one driving thin-film transistor and at least one switching thin-film transistor; a first electrode pattern layer mounted on the substrate; an insulating layer mounted on the substrate and covering gates of the driving thin-film transistor and the switching thin-film transistor and the first electrode pattern layer; and a second electrode pattern layer mounted on the insulating layer and partially overlapped with the first electrode pattern layer to have an overlapping area and a non-overlapping area; the insulating layer has a larger thickness in the overlapping area and has a smaller thickness in the non-overlapping area.

    Abstract: A touch display device including a display module and a cover arranged above the display module is disclosed. The cover includes a plate body and a side plate extending from lateral ends of the plate body toward the display module. The side plate of the cover is bonded with the display module. A vacuum is formed between the cover and the display module. The side plate is formed in a rim of the plate body of the cover. The lateral surfaces of the side plate are bonded with the lateral surfaces of the display module to form the vacuum between the cover and the display module. As such, it is not needed to use the transparent optical glue between the cover and the display module. The display module is prevented from being damaged when the touch display device needs rework or repair, which contributes to the rework or repair.

    Abstract: A circuit for controlling standby power consumption is disclosed. The circuit includes a main power supply, a transformer, a first switch transistor, a load, a low frequency divider circuit, and a signal generation unit. The transformer connects to one end of the signal generation unit and an input end of the low frequency divider circuit. The signal generation unit transmits the level signals to the low frequency divider circuit according to the operating mode and obtains the power supply voltage of the transformer. The second frequency of the low level signals is greater than the first frequency of the high level signals. The source of the first switch transistor connects to a load to obtain the frequency of the output signals to be operating frequency so as to control the turn-on duration of the transformer. So the power supply voltage in the standby mode and the power consumption are reduced.
