    Abstract: An OLED image display apparatus driven by a silicon-based CMOS and a manufacturing method are disclosed, where the apparatus includes four same microdisplay units formed through exposure by using a same mask, where each microdisplay unit includes: a display controller, a row driver, a column driver, and a rectangular display effective area, where one of vertexes of each rectangular display effective area is close to each other to form one rectangular whole display effective area, and there is no electronic component between any two rectangular display effective areas. Through proper layout designing and exposure field splicing, the OLED image display apparatus that is driven by a silicon-based CMOS and that has a larger area is implemented.

    Abstract: A silicon-based OLED image transceiving device includes a substrate, multiple photodiodes for sensing light, and multiple OLEDs for emitting light. The OLED includes a metal interconnect anode, a hole transport layer, an organic light emitting layer, an electronic transport layer, and a transparent cathode layer. The hole transport layer, the organic light emitting layer, the electronic transport layer, and the transparent cathode layer are sequentially formed on the metal interconnect anode. The organic light emitting layer is only located on an area corresponding to the metal interconnect anode, and does not extend to an area corresponding to the photodiode. The multiple photodiodes and organic light emitting layers of the multiple OLEDs are arranged to form a pixel matrix of the image transceiving device. The silicon-based OLED image transceiving device has relatively high sensitivity of the photodiode.

    Abstract: A hand-vision sensing device and a hand-vision sensing glove are provided. The hand-vision sensing device includes a prompting device, a controller, an ultrasonic sensor and a chromaticity sensor, in which the controller is connected to the ultrasonic sensor, the prompting device and the chromaticity sensor respectively, and two groups of ultrasonic sensors exist. The hand-vision sensing glove includes a glove main body and the hand-vision sensing device disposed on the glove main body. Through the hand-vision sensing glove, a position of an object is detected in a short distance, so that the blind person can be fast aware of a peripheral space formed by the object when using the hand-vision sensing glove, thereby assisting the blind person in manual operation and life.
