Abstract: A light-emitting structure and a light-emitting system with the same are provided. The light-emitting structure includes a plurality of extension portions (10) and a plurality of light adjusting portions (20), and the plurality of extension portions (10) and the plurality of light adjusting portions (20) are sequentially alternately connected; the plurality of extension portions (10) controls the light-emitting range of the light-emitting structure, and the plurality of light adjusting portions (20) is disposed at a predetermined angle with respect to an incident light direction to control a light-emitting direction.
