Abstract: An edge computing access method, enables an edge computing node device to receive data sent by a terminal device and carry out a security check on the data, determine whether the terminal device has been registered for access, register the terminal device when the terminal device has not been registered, and allow access to data after determining that the terminal device is registered to obtain access, structuring the accessed data to obtain structured data, render the structured data to obtain classified data, and calculate the classified data to obtain calculation result.

Abstract: A method for structuring transmissible data of various types with universal applicability as between devices of various types includes a data content, a first data header, and a second data header. The first data header signifies numerical data or control/command data. The second data header is a description of a data group to which the collected data belongs. The data further can include a third data header configured to describe production process information of the data. The data further can include a fourth data header to describe a product type, an industrial field, a company name, and a company address.

Abstract: A recycling device includes a main body, an input module, an identification module, a detection module, a packaging module, and a storage module. The input module includes at least one input port for depositing a waste product of one type. The identification module identifies the deposited waste product and determines whether the type of the deposited waste product matches the corresponding input port. The detection module detects a purity of the deposited waste product when the type of the deposited waste product matches the corresponding input port. The packaging module packages the deposited waste product when the purity of the deposited waste product is qualified. The storage module stores the deposited waste product.

Abstract: An edge computing node device able to process and respond to data received in real-time includes at least one input interface and at least one output interface. The device obtains an identification of the at least one input interface and determines a functional service algorithm corresponding to the identification of at least one input interface by querying a service relationship table. The device further processes the data to obtain a calculation result according to the functional service algorithm and transmits the calculation of the data or the basic data to the output interface. The at least one output interface sends the basic data or the calculation result of the data by the second communication unit.

Abstract: A glass production apparatus producing continuously curved glass for covers and containers includes a crucible, a calender device, a cutting device, a molding device, and a crystallizing device. The crucible melts glass raw material and outputs a glass melt to calender device. The calender device rolls and presses the glass melt to prepare a glass belt with a preset temperature. The cutting device cuts the glass belt with the preset temperature into glass members. The molding device include at least one molding mold and a manipulator. Each of the at least one molding mold curves at least one portion of the glass member with the preset temperature to prepare a curved glass member. The manipulator transfers the curved glass member to the crystallizing device, the crystallizing device crystallizes the curved glass member to prepare a curved crystalline glass member. A method for manufacturing such glass is also provided.

Abstract: A production apparatus making continuously curved crystalline glass as a cover or container includes a melting device, a drainage device, a molding device, and a crystallizing device. The melting device melts glass raw material to form a glass melt. The drainage device drains the glass melt to the molding device. The molding device includes a rotating table and a plurality of molding molds thereon. Each molding mold can be moved toward or away from the drainage device by the rotating table. Each molding mold has a molding cavity. At least one part of the molding cavity includes a plane, and at least one part of the molding cavity includes a curved surface to extrude the glass melt with such different surface forms. The crystallizing device crystallizes the curved glass member to achieve the curved crystallized glass member. A method for manufacturing such glass is also provided.

Abstract: A 5G-based communication method for an industrial apparatus can be implemented in industrial apparatus during manufacturing operations, and a microprocessor. The industrial apparatus can collect data sets concerning itself, generate a 5G signal containing the data sets, and send the 5G signal to the microprocessor. The microprocessor determines a communication channel for the microprocessor according to the identification of the industrial apparatus in the data set, and can find a data processing rule, a data storage rule, and a data emission rule corresponding to the communication channel in a relationship table. The data is processed accordingly enabling a safe, efficient, and convenient transmission of data sets between the microprocessor and the industrial apparatus.

Abstract: A vertical circuit board printer includes a multi-layer conveyor, a printer assembly, and a control system. The multi-layer conveyor includes a number of front conveyors and one rear conveyor. Each upper front conveyor is coupled to a lower front conveyor by a circuit board-lowering mechanism to transport a number of circuit boards in sequence from the number of front conveyors to the rear conveyor. The printer assembly includes a number of printers arranged in sequence above the number of front conveyors. The control system controls operation of the multi-layer conveyor and controls operation of the printing assembly through a software system.

Abstract: A method for maintaining industrial equipment through analyzing data from multiple sources associated with the industrial equipment is based on a predetermined list of fault categories. The method includes acquiring the data associated with the industrial equipment, analyzing the data according to the predetermined list of fault categories, and outputting a fault report of the industrial equipment according to the analysis. Information as to fault processing of the industrial equipment is updated to the predetermined list, the fault processing information being adopted according to the fault report. An equipment maintenance device and a storage medium are also provided.

The receiving portion is aligned to the discharge portion. The sealing member includes a sealing portion and a sealing valve mounted on the sealing portion. The sealing portion is partially and moveably received in the receiving portion and resists against a sidewall of the receiving portion. The blocking member is detachably mounted on an end of the discharge portion and seals the discharge portion. The reclaiming member is partially received in the main body.
