Abstract: A measuring device includes a hollow catheter and a guide wire which is insertable into the hollow catheter, where a catheter developing structure is arranged on the catheter, a distance of the catheter developing structure from a distal end of the catheter being less than a length of diseased tissue; a guide wire developing structure is arranged on a distal end of the guide wire, and a scale mark zone is arranged on the guide wire, a proximal end of the catheter can enter into the scale mark zone; the scale mark zone is configured to directly or indirectly measure a distance between the proximal end of the catheter and the end portion of the guide wire, and further measure the length of the diseased tissue.
Abstract: A conveyor for an implant having at least one cavity, including a conveying handle, a conveying cable, and a core wire. The conveying cable is a tubular body, a proximal end of the core wire is connected to the conveying handle, and a distal end of the core wire penetrates a distal end of the conveying cable from a proximal end of the conveying cable; a first control is provided on the conveying handle, and when the implant is connected to the distal end of the conveying cable, the first control controls the distal end of the core wire to extend into the implant to straighten the curved implant, or the first control controls the core wire to withdraw from the implant to restore the implant to a preset shape. The conveyor can load and release the implant on the conveyor, and be used in the entire implanting process.

The lung volume reduction elastic implant (500) has an elastic deformation part (51), and a flexible guide (53, 53a) connected to the distal end of the elastic deformation part (51). The flexible guide (53, 53a) is provided with a first flexible part (531). The first flexible part (531) has an insert part (5312) and a distal part (5311). The insert part (5312) is connected to the distal end of the elastic deformation part (51). The distal end of the distal part (5311) of the first flexible part (531) is the distal end of the lung volume reduction elastic implant (500). The first flexible part (531) is internally provided with a radiograph component (56).
Abstract: An interventional medical system (10) comprises an instrument (100) provided with a plug head (120) and a delivery cable (200) provided with a cable head (211), and further comprises a locking sleeve (300) movably sleeved onto the delivery cable (200). The cable head (211) comprises at least one resilient locking piece (123) extending approximately away from a central axis of the cable head (211). When under a radial restraint applied by the locking sleeve (300), the plug head (120) abuts the locking piece (123) such that the plug head (120) is connected to the cable head (211), and when the locking sleeve (300) has moved relative to the delivery cable (200) such that the locking piece (123) is no longer radially restrained, the locking piece (123) elastically moves away from the plug head (120) such that the instrument (100) is separated from the delivery cable (200).
