The method is applied to an order management module of e-commerce ERP, and the order management module includes an order template, and the method includes: obtaining data access authorities of an order information interface and a notification information interface of an e-commerce platform; when an order status changes, receiving, by the order management module, the second order information, and filling the second order information into the order template to generate target order information synchronized at that time; synchronizing, by the order management module, the first order information from the order information interface at interval time t1, and filling the first order information synchronized each time into the order template to generate target order information synchronized at that time; and configuring target order information newly generated in the order template as synchronized target order information.

Abstract: A supplier-side product picking list generation method and system, used for the order management module of the e-commerce ERP system or the e-commerce system, where the order management module receives order information of a target store, obtains product information contained therein, extracts corresponding product picking list template according to the product information, generates the first information group based on the product picking list template and the product information, generates wave tasks based on the order information and preset wave rules, generate the second information group based on the wave task and the product picking list template, generates the product picking list based on the first information group, the second information group and the extracted product picking list template. The embodiments are suitable for the order execution mode in which the supplier completes the picking after the merchant receives the order or the supplier picks the products before shipping.

Abstract: An inventory target-based product restock method, including obtaining the FBA inventory data of the product, setting the shipping logistics and duration from the pre-storage warehouse to the FBA warehouse, setting the daily average sales, interval days, and safety days of the product, so that the sum of the interval days and safety days multiplied by the daily average sales equals the target stock; calculating the restock time for the product to arrive at the FBA warehouse on the day when the FBA inventory is reduced to the safety stock as the temporary restock day; calculating the quantity of products needed to reach the target stock on the day when the temporarily restocked products arrive at the FBA warehouse as the temporary restock quantity; and using the temporary restock day and quantity as the recommended restock day and quantity for this restock, and generate restock suggestions.
