Abstract: The invention provides a respiratory ventilation method and device, an anesthesia machine and a computer-readable storage medium. The respiratory ventilation device comprises a patient-end respiratory system, a machine-end respiratory system, a flow monitor and a processor. In some embodiments, the machine-end respiratory system comprises an intake branch at an inspiratory phase, a respiratory container, and an exhaust branch at an expiratory phase; and the intake branch and the exhaust branch are both connected to the respiratory container via the flow monitor, and the respiratory container is connected to the patient-end respiratory system.
