Abstract: A timing reminding method and reminding apparatus for a height-adjustable table. According to the method, by detecting whether a timing starting condition is currently achieved, detecting a posture of a user, and determining a reminding time and starting timing, the user can be reminded to adjust the use posture of the height-adjustable table conveniently and accurately in time. The timing reminding apparatus implements the above timing reminding method.
