Abstract: A balloon inflating device with an illuminating/sound effect, for being provided at a gas entrance mouth of a balloon, includes an illuminating lamp/sounder, a battery and a shell. The shell covers at least the illuminating lamp/sounder; the illuminating lamp/sounder is mounted in front of the battery. The illuminating lamp/sounder has two wires, wherein a first wire is directly connected to the battery and a second wire extends to a back of the battery along a periphery of the battery; the shell has a discharging hole below the battery. A rotary sleeve which is hollow and provided at a back part of the battery is provided within the shell. The rotary sleeve has a gas hole or a gas groove for discharging gas into the balloon; and the shell is sleeved with the rotary sleeve.

Abstract: A balloon with a lighting/sounding device includes a balloon body and a lighting/sounding device secured onto a wall of the balloon body, wherein the lighting/sounding device is secured onto the balloon wall via an external cover. The lighting/sounding device is secured via the external cover, which facilitates setting and installation of the lighting/sounding device and simplifies a configuration structure thereof so as to reduce manufacturing costs, and such a structure will not affect the inflation and use of the balloon but provides more convenient decoration and entertainment.

Abstract: A lighting/sounding device activated by inflation of a balloon includes a lighting lamp/sounder, a battery, and a housing at least covering the lighting lamp/sounder. The housing includes an inlet end, an outlet end, and an air channel connecting the inlet end and the outlet end to form a through passage for air flow within the housing. The lighting lamp/sounder is provided within the air channel and has a sealing device for sealing off the air channel. When the balloon is not inflated, the lighting lamp/sounder cannot be activated; after the balloon is inflated, a pressure difference generated between inside and outside the balloon pushes the lighting lamp/sounder towards the outer end of the air channel and seals the air channel; and, when the air channel is sealed up, an electric circuit of the lighting lamp/sounder is closed and the lighting lamp/sounder is activated to operate.
