    Abstract: A single-stage AC-DC converter circuit with a power factor correction function. The single-stage AC-DC converter circuit comprises a primary-side AC-DC converter, a transformer, a secondary-side AC-DC converter and a controller which are connected to each other. The primary-side AC-DC converter is configured to convert an AC power source into DC. The secondary-side AC-DC converter is configured to convert electrical energy into DC and supply power to a load. The controller is configured to control duty ratios of power switches in the primary-side and secondary-side AC-DC converters, and a phase difference between control signals for the power switches, and finally control the amount of electrical energy transfer and correct a power factor. The single-stage AC-DC converter circuit of the present invention reduces the capacity and volume of a filter inductor and a voltage stabilizing capacitor, and has the advantages of simple circuit and low cost.

The on-board integrated charging device comprises a voltage conversion module. The voltage conversion module is provided with an AC terminal connected to an alternating current or an alternating current load, an HV terminal connected to a power battery and an LV terminal connected to a direct current load. When the AC terminal is idle, the LV terminal is powered by the HV terminal, and an input current of the LV terminal is an actual current of the HV terminal. According to the on-board integrated charging device, OBC, DCAC and DCDC functions can be integrated on the same circuit board, a current reporting requirement can be realized through a distribution algorithm, and the volume and weight of the whole device can be reduced.

    Abstract: A single-phase and three-phase compatible conversion circuit includes an EMC module, a PFC module, a switch K1 and a control module. The EMC module is connected between lines A, B, C and N of a power grid and the PFC module. Three lines A1, B1 and C1 are led out from the EMC module and are connected with the PFC module, and are respectively connected to a set virtual midpoint through capacitors CX1, CX2, and CX3. The virtual midpoint is connected to a bus midpoint of the PFC module through the switch K1. The control module is used for detecting a power grid input signal and controlling the state of the switch K1 according to the type of the power grid input signal. The common-mode noise of the three-phase conversion mode can be reduced, and the three-phase conversion mode can be controlled within a larger bus voltage regulation range.

    Abstract: A magnetic balance circuit of a bidirectional resonant converter and a control method thereof are provided. The magnetic balance circuit includes a primary conversion circuit, a transformer, a secondary conversion circuit, and a controller. Said primary conversion circuit is connected to a primary winding of said transformer through a first capacitor, a current transformer is set between the secondary winding of said transformer and said secondary conversion circuit. According to the positive component of the current in the cavity of the secondary conversion circuit and the negative component of the current in the cavity of the secondary conversion circuit, said controller further controls the duty ratios of the switches in the secondary conversion circuit. In the invention, the magnetic deviation phenomenon on both sides of the bidirectional resonant converter is effectively eliminated to achieve balance control for the magnetic circuit, thereby avoiding saturation.
