Abstract: A nozzle and an ear cleaning device are disclosed. The nozzle includes: a main body, where the main body is provided with a first hole portion penetrating in a front-rear direction; and a housing, where the housing is connected to the main body and surrounding a periphery of the main body, the housing is provided with a guide portion and a plurality of drainage portions, the guide portion has an outer diameter gradually increasing from a front end of the main body to a rear end of the main body, the plurality of drainage portions are arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction of the housing, and each of the drainage portions is communicated with the front end of the main body and extends from the front end of the main body toward the rear end of the main body.
