Abstract: A method of fabricating a capacitance touch panel module includes forming a plurality of first conductive patterns on a substrate comprising a touching area and a peripheral area along a first orientation, a plurality of second conductive patterns along a second orientation, and a plurality of connecting portions in the touching area; forming a plurality of insulated protrusions, in which each insulated protrusion covering one connecting portion, and forming an insulated frame on the peripheral area; and forming a bridging member on each insulated protrusion.

Abstract: A measuring machine includes a measuring device and a protective cover covering the measuring device. The measuring device is configured to measure parameters of a work piece. The measuring device includes a control box, a supporting board, a light ring configured to illuminate the work piece, and a camera module configured to obtain images of the work piece. The cover is made of non-transparent material. A first side of the cover defines a cut-out and a first slot. A second side of the cover opposite to the first side defines a second slot corresponding in size and alignment with the first slot. One side of the control box is exposed from the cut. Two ends of the supporting board are positioned on the first and second slots and exposed from the first and second slots.

Abstract: A directional shockproof tilting display tag, comprising a container provided with a detector therein; the detector comprises a first placement chamber, a second placement chamber, and a baffle; the first placement chamber comprises a first side plate and a first mass block; the first side plate is externally provided with a first extension portion; the second placement chamber comprises a second side plate and a second mass block; the second side plate is externally provided with a second extension portion; the placement chambers are also provided with bar codes; part of the patterns of the bar codes are covered by the mass blocks; a rotary shaft is disposed directly above the placement chambers; the container is also provided with a shockproof structure therein. The display tag has a simple structure and strong shockproof capability. The arrangement of the bar codes ensures the detector can quickly detect an object tilting.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal display panel is provided, which comprises steps of: manufacturing an array substrate; manufacturing a color film substrate; coating a pixel alignment film on the pixel electrode layer; performing a first optical alignment process on the pixel alignment film; coating a common alignment film on the common electrode layer; performing a second optical alignment process on the common alignment film; and performing an encasing alignment process on the array substrate and the color film substrate. This solves the technological problem of white dropouts on the screen from certain viewing angles.

Abstract: The present invention provides a manufacture method of an oxide semiconductor TFT substrate and a structure thereof. The manufacture method of the dual gate oxide semiconductor TFT substrate utilizes the halftone mask to implement one photo process, which cannot only accomplish the patterning to the oxide semiconductor layer but also obtain the oxide conductor layer (52?) with ion doping process, and the oxide conductor layer (52?) is employed as being the pixel electrode of the LCD to replace the ITO pixel electrode in prior art; the method manufactures the source (81), the drain (82) and the top gate (71) at the same time with one photo process; the method implements patterning process to the passivation layer (8) and the top gate isolation layer (32) together with one photo process, to reduce the number of the photo processes to five for shortening the manufacture procedure, raising the production efficiency and lowering the production cost.

Abstract: A method is provided for flow identification of a mobile terminal. The method includes obtaining flow data files of the mobile terminal at two or more points of time after the mobile terminal connects to a network using same network access means. The method also includes comparing, from the obtained flow data files, flow volumes in the flow data files having a same flow identifier to determine a flow identifier in the flow data file with changing flow volumes. Further, the method includes, based on the determined flow identifier in the flow data files with changing flow volumes and the network access means used by the mobile terminal to connect to the network, identifying network access means indicated by the flow identifier in the flow data files and obtaining flow identification results.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a printed circuit board of a backlight module is provided. The printed circuit board includes a light bar region and a heat dissipating region. The light bar region used for mounting a light bar of the backlight module and formed with a conductive circuit for supplying power for the light bar. The heat dissipating region is connected with the light bar region. A connection location of the light bar region and the heat dissipating region is subjected to cutting to form a slot located at a side of the printed circuit board in order to prevent short-circuiting between the heat dissipating region and the conductive circuit of the light bar region. The cutting is made to partly penetrate through the thickness of a dielectric layer on which the conductive circuit is formed in order to completely separate the light bar region from the heat dissipating region.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a metal oxide TFT device is provided. The method includes: selecting a substrate and forming a gate electrode on a first side of the substrate; sequentially depositing an insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, and a photoresist layer on the gate electrode; using the gate electrode as a photomask, exposing from a second side of the substrate and reserving the photoresist layer aligning to the gate electrode; depositing an electrode layer on the semiconductor layer and the reserved photoresist layer; stripping the reserved photoresist layer and lifting off the electrode layer stacked on the reserved photoresist layer; etching a part of the reserved electrode layer and the semiconductor layer, and forming a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a semiconductor island. The method realizes a self-alignment using the gate electrode as the photomask when forming the source, drain electrodes and the channel. Therefore, the manufacturing processes become simple and more accurate.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for realizing a short URL service are provided. According to a long URL, a short URL and long URL information are generated and stored. The long URL information contains the long URL and an information ID, and the information ID corresponds to the short URL via a pre-set corresponding mechanism to provide a corresponding relationship there-between. When a target long URL is acquired based on the short URL, the long URL in the long URL information is obtained as the target long URL according to the corresponding relationship between the short URL and the information ID. The target long URL obtained according to the short URL is updated by updating the long URL in the long URL information.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for growing graphene on a surface of a gate electrode and a method for growing graphene on a surface of a source/drain electrode, in which a low-temperature plasma enhanced vapor deposition process is adopted to grow a graphene film, of which a film thickness is controllable, on a gate electrode or a source/drain electrode that contains copper, and completely coincides with a pattern of the gate electrode or the source/drain electrode. The manufacturing temperature of graphene is relatively low so that it is possible not to damage the structure of a thin-film transistor to the greatest extents and the supply of carbon sources that is used wide, having low cost and a simple manufacturing process, where existing PECVD facility of a thin-film transistor manufacturing line can be used without additional expense.

Abstract: A wiring structure and a display panel are provided, and have red, green, and blue (RGB) signal lines; three signal control lines; and a switching line having a switching transistor disposed thereon. Each of the RGB lines has a terminal connecting correspondingly to the switching transistor, and connects correspondingly with the signal control lines through the switching transistor. The switching transistor comprises a control terminal for receiving a control signal, and controls the connection or disconnection between the three signal control lines and the RGB lines according to the control signal. The wiring structure can be used as an inspection system for the display panel.

Abstract: A power adapter includes a body, a plug, and an operation board. The plug is detachably received in and electrically connected to the body. The plug has an engagement slot. The operation board is rotatably received in the body and includes a hook, a pressing portion and a pop portion. The hook latches to the engagement slot to secure the plug to the body. The pressing portion is pressed by external forces. The pop portion is positioned below the plug. When the pressing portion receives an external force, the pressing portion rotates towards the body and drives the pop portion to rotate away from the body, whereby the pop portion pops up the plug from the body.

Abstract: The present invention provides Fast Initial Link Setup communication device and method, wherein, the device comprises: a service processing module which generates a Beacon frame which physical frame header comprises a first identification information field and/or a physical layer convergence procedure service data unit comprises a second identification information field, and the value of the first identification information field is a first value and/or the value of the second identification information field is a second value, which shows that a Fast Initial Link Setup function is supported, and sends the Beacon frame; and/or receives an initial link setup first message; and a wireless transceiver module. The present invention solves the compatibility problem that an STA that does not support the FILS function enters a WLAN network which supports the FILS function and an STA that supports the FILS function enters a WLAN that does not support the FILS function.

Abstract: A method of controlling a home energy control system includes controlling the system to run in at least one of a new energy generating mode, a grid-connected inverter mode and an off-grid inverter mode after mode conflict check. In the new energy generating mode, a new energy generating unit is controlled to generate power to charge an energy storage unit. In the grid-connected inverter mode, the energy storage unit supplies power to a power grid or is charged by the power grid according to the status of the energy storage unit and power consumption of the power grid. In the off-grid inverter mode, household devices are supplied with power from the energy storage unit according to the status of the energy storage unit under the control of an off-grid inverter. A home energy control system is also provided.
