Abstract: A card connector includes a housing defining a receiving space with an entrance, an ejection member, a resilient member received in the receiving space, and a latching member slidable to the housing. The ejection member includes an ejection portion slidable in the receiving space and an engaging portion comprising an engaging surface. The resilient member applies a push force to the ejection member to move the ejection member toward the entrance. The latching member includes a latching portion comprising a latching surface. When the electrical card is inserted into the receiving space, the electrical card drives the latching member to slide to a first position where latching surface lockingly engages with the engaging surface. When the electrical card is further pushed into the receiving space, the electrical card drives the latching member to slide to a second position where the latching surface disengages from the engaging surface.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a 3D liquid crystal display device and a pixel structure thereof. The pixel structure includes three gate lines, a data line and three pixel electrodes. The gate lines are arranged along a first direction and cross the data line to define three sub-pixel regions. Each of the pixel electrodes includes a primary electrode portion and an extension electrode portion. The primary electrode portion of each of the pixel electrodes is disposed in the corresponding sub-pixel region, and the extension electrode portions of all the pixel electrodes are disposed together in one of the sub-pixel regions. The pixel structure can improve a color washout problem of the 3D liquid crystal display device under top or bottom view angles.

Abstract: A line-width measurement device and a measurement method using the same are disclosed. The line-width measurement device has a platform, an image capturing device and a color-mixing light source device. The image capturing device captures an image of a pattern under measurement in a measurement area of the platform. The color-mixing light source device correspondingly provides illumination to the measurement area. The color-mixing light source device has a plurality of monochromatic light sources and adjusts the brightness scale of each monochromatic light source according to the matching rate of the pattern under measurement and a standard pattern to provide suitable color-mixed lights for illumination. Therefore, the present invention can provide a better measurement environment to further enhance accuracy of line-width measurement.

Abstract: The present application discloses an information aggregation display method and device for an LBS, for solving the technical problem in the existing LBS that as the information of a specific geographic location is relatively scattered and the user is unable to obtain concentratedly and upload the geographic location information and the user generated content related to the certain specific geographic location. In the LBS system, the disclosure provides an aggregation display port to enable the user to intensively display the geographic location information and the user generated content related to the specific geographic location via the aggregation display interface; and provides an interaction port to enable the authorized user to publish articles and comments and to upload the user generated content such as pictures and videos on the aggregation display interface.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal panel, includes: cleaning a thin film transistor array substrate of the liquid crystal panel; performing an array detection on the cleaned thin film transistor array substrate; and processing the thin film transistor array substrate according to detecting result of the array detection. In the present disclosure, the TFT array substrate is cleaned after the array manufacturing process and is detected to determine whether the lines thereon are disconnected, and the disconnected lines are further repaired, which prevents the TFT array substrate with the disconnected lines from entering the cell device and reduces the scrap rate of the liquid crystal panel. Meanwhile, since the TFT array substrate is at first cleaned by the cleaning mechanism to remove the particles thereon and further is detected by the array detector, thus, the particles on the TFT array substrate is prevented from damaging the array detector.

One of the conducting wires is a positive conducting wire, and the others are negative conducting wires. A mounting part is provided on each negative conducting wire at every certain interval. A light emitting wafer is fixed to the mounting part. The light emitting wafer comprises a first electrode and a second electrode which are separately provided. The first electrode of the light emitting wafer connected with each negative conducting wire is electrically connected with the conductor of the same negative conducting wire. The second electrode is electrically connected with the conductor of the positive conducting wire via a wire. Abstract: An alignment method applied to a barrier-type 3D display includes providing a 3D alignment device at least comprising an image capture tool and an alignment shift analysis software; disposing a display panel with a barrier laminated thereon in the 3D alignment device; presenting a display and a barrier alignment check patterns on the display panel and the barrier; the image capture tool capturing an image of a moiré pattern generated by the display and the barrier alignment check patterns; analyzing the image of the moiré pattern by the alignment shift analysis software, and determining at least three measurement points of the image of the moiré pattern; calculating position shift for each measurement point and rotation angle between display panel and barrier by the alignment shift analysis software; and adjusting corresponding position between display panel and barrier if the calculation results exceed predetermined alignment errors.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a self-aligned metal oxide thin film transistor. According to the present invention, a metal oxide semiconductor layer having a high carrier concentration is formed, and then a channel region which is self-aligned with a gate electrode is oxidized by a plasma having oxidbillity so that the channel region has a low carrier concentration and the source and drain regions have high carrier concentrations while the resulting transistor has a self-aligned structure. In addition, the threshold voltage of the transistor is controlled by the conditions under which the channel region of the transistor is subsequently oxidized by plasma having oxidbillity at a low temperature. Therefore, the controllability of the characteristics of the transistor is improved significantly, and the manufacturing process is simplified.

Abstract: A fan control circuit of a computer includes a fan interface connected to a connector of a fan, a fan controller, a NOT gate, and an electronic switch. The fan controller outputs a PWM signal to the fan interface to control the operation of the fan, and includes a GPIO interface to output a voltage control signal to the NOT gate to switch the electronic switch on or off. A signal output of the electronic switch is connected to the fan interface. The voltage control signal is high level at the start up moment of the computer, and thus does not turn on the fan via the electronic switch. After a preset delay period, the voltage control signal is turned low by the fan controller so that the fan interface receives the PWM signal.

Abstract: A monitoring apparatus includes a detection circuit, a filter circuit, an amplifying circuit, a regulation circuit, a delay and charging circuit, and a driving circuit. The detection circuit receives a video signal, and performs an operation to obtain an image signal from the video signal. The filter circuit obtains an average intensity of a luminance signal corresponding to the image signal. The delay and charging circuit charges an input capacitor when receiving a low level regulated signal from the amplifying circuit. The driving circuit activates an alarm when a charging voltage of the chargeable capacitor exceeds a predetermined value.
