Abstract: A touch method is applied in a touch device. The touch device includes a display unit, first infrared receivers, first infrared emitters, second infrared receivers, second infrared emitters, a storage unit, and motors. The first infrared receivers and the first infrared emitters are arranged on a first side of the display unit, and the second infrared receivers and the second infrared emitters are arranged on a second side of the display unit. The storage unit stores a table recording a relationship between identification and set of coordinates of the infrared receivers. The method includes: controlling motors to drive infrared emitters and infrared receivers to rotate; determining whether electrical signals comprising the identification of one first infrared receiver and one second infrared receiver are simultaneously received; if yes, determining the set of coordinates of the touch spot; determining an icon and determining the corresponding function corresponding to the touch spot.

Abstract: A voltage measurement apparatus includes a power interface, first and second voltage detecting modules, first and second driving modules, and first and second indication modules. The first voltage detecting module compares an output voltage with a first reference voltage, to determine whether the output voltage is greater than the first reference voltage. The second voltage detecting module compares the output voltage with a second reference voltage, to determine whether the output voltage is less than the second reference voltage. The first indication module indicates the output voltage when the output voltage is greater than the upper limit voltage or less than the lower limit voltage. The second indication module indicates the output voltage when the output voltage is less than or equal to the upper limit voltage and greater than or equal to the lower limit voltage.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for a disk drive includes a mounting bracket, a securing element, and an elastic element. The mounting bracket is configured to receive a disk drive. The securing element is slidably mounted to the mounting bracket. The securing element is configured to move between a first position and a second position. Wherein the securing element engages the disk drive in the first position to prevent the disk drive from moving along a first direction. The securing element is disengaged the disk drive in the second position. The elastic element biases the mounting bracket away from the securing element to prevent the securing element from disengaging the disk drive when the securing element is in the first position.

Abstract: A chip card ejecting mechanism includes a main body, a tray slidably fixed to the main body, a latching element, a first elastic member and a second elastic member. The tray defines a latching groove. The latching element includes latching board, a latching block protruding from the latching board, and a triggering member rotatably fixed to the main body. The first elastic member is resisted between the latching board and the main body, to make the latching block latch with the latching groove. The second elastic member is fixed to the main body and is compressed by the tray. After the triggering member rotates relative to the main body to release the latching block from the latching groove, the second elastic member decompresses to drive the tray out of the main body.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a main body, a stylus and a stylus fixing assembly fixed on the main body for seating the stylus. The stylus fixing assembly includes a cover, a fixing element fixed on the cover, a guide element, a rotation element, a clasping element rotatably fixed on the cover, a first spring and a second spring. The fixing element includes three guide grooves and a convex stage disposed on the inner wall therein. The guide element includes several first teeth and three first guide ribs. The rotation element includes a cylindrical portion, a resisting portion, several second teeth and three second guide ribs. Two ends of the first spring are fixed on the sidewall of the cover and the resisting portion separately. Two ends of the second spring are connected with the cover and the clasping element.

Abstract: A hinge mechanism for securing to the body of an electronic device. The hinge mechanism includes a fixing plate. A holding member and two latching members project from the base of the electronic device. An end of the holding member opposite to the base bends toward the at least one latching member to form a latching portion. Each latching member includes a connecting portion projecting from the base, a supporting portion bending from an end of the connecting portion opposite to the base, and a hook arranged at a side of the supporting portion opposite to the connecting portion. The holding member cooperates with the supporting portion to define a clearance for holding the fixing plate, the hooks cooperate with the holding member to secure the fixing plate to the body.

Abstract: An overvoltage protection circuit includes a connection jack, a path connection module, a voltage response module, and a control module. The connection jack is connected to a power supply. The path connection module is connected between the connection jack and a load. The voltage response module is to output a first signal in response to an overvoltage, and output a second signal in response to a constant voltage. The control module is to output a corresponding potential according to the first signal to turn off the path connection module, and output a corresponding potential according to the second signal to turn on the path connection module. When the path connection module is turned off, the connection between the connection jack and the load is disabled, when the path connection module is turned on, the connection between the connection jack and the load is enabled.

Abstract: A keyboard includes a cover, a housing, and a main body. The main body is sandwiched between the cover and the housing. The keyboard further includes an adjustment mechanism for supporting the keyboard at an inclination. The adjustment mechanism includes an adjustment portion, a supporting portion corresponding to a first through hole defined in the housing, a driving portion configured to drive the supporting portion to move along a central axis of the first through hole, and a securing portion configured to control the supporting portion to stop moving. When the adjustment portion is operated, the driving portion drives the supporting portion to move along the central axis of the first through hole to support the keyboard at different inclinations. When the adjustment portion is free, the securing portion engages with the supporting portion, and the keyboard holds the selected inclination.

Abstract: A computerized method protects data stored in a data storage device. One or more safe destinations are set and correlated with predetermined data of the data storage device. When target data correlated with the safe destinations is needed to be transmitted to a target destination, whether the target destination matches with one of the safe destinations is determined. A data transmission program of the data storage device is executed, and the target data is transmitted to the target destination using the data transmission program, when the target destination matches with one of the safe destinations. If the target destination does not match with any of the safe destinations, a user is notified to input a password and the target data is transmitted to the target destination when the user has input a valid password within a predetermined time period.

Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight display module. The backlight display module has a light source used to emit lights; a light guide plate used to receive the lights and distribute the lights out of a light-emitting surface; a liquid crystal panel disposed on a top of the light-emitting surface of the light guide plate and used to display images; and a metal frame disposed at a periphery of the backlight display module and used to fix the liquid crystal panel to a corresponding position to the light guide plate. The backlight display module further has a light absorption layer mounted between the liquid crystal panel and the metal frame. The present invention further relates to a liquid crystal display device. The backlight display module and the liquid crystal display device of the present invention use the light absorption layer to prevent high-brightness light spots from forming at the periphery of the liquid crystal panel.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a displacement sensing touch panel and a touch screen using the touch panel. The touch panel includes a first panel, a second panel, and a displacement sensor sandwiched between the first panel and the second panel. The displacement sensor deforms when a pressure is applied to the first panel. The touch screen includes the touch panel, a controller where the touch positions and forces applied are deduced from the readings of the displacement sensor, and a display coupled to the controller and adjacent to the touch panel. Displacement information is collected through the displacement sensor to deduce the positions and magnitudes of the forces applied to the first panel of the touch panel or touch screen.

Abstract: A data protection system implemented by a data protection device divides original data of a user into a plurality of data packets, and allots a sequential number to each second data. The system encrypts each of the data packets in sequence according to the allotted number of each of the data packets. After each of the data packets has been encrypted, the system moves each encrypted data packet from the data protection device to a cloud storage device in communication with the data protection device through a network.

Abstract: A keyboard includes an upper frame, a main body, a lower frame, and an adjustment mechanism. The two frames cooperate with each other to sandwich the main body. The lower frame includes a bottom plate defining a though hole. The adjustment mechanism is configured to adjust an inclined angle of the keyboard, and includes an adjustment member, a supporting member, a driving member and a position stopper. The adjustment member is operated by a user. The supporting member protrudes from the bottom plate via the through hole to support the keyboard on a supporting surface. The driving member drives the supporting member to move along a central axis of the through hole to adjust a protruding distance of the supporting member when the adjustment member is operated. The position stopper resists the supporting member to secure the supporting member when the adjustment member is free.

Abstract: A display device includes a display screen, a distance sensing unit, set on an appropriate position of the display screen to sense a relative distance from a user to the display device; a processing unit comprising a projection position determining module, a stretching area determining module, and a display control module. The projection position determining module calculates a projected position of the user on the display screen according to a position of the distance sensing unit on the display screen, the projected position is the position on the display screen where the user is projected on. The stretching area determining module determines an area needed to be stretched on the display screen according to the projected position on the display screen and a predetermined distance. The display control module stretches content displayed on the area needed to be stretched according to a predetermined percentage. The display method is also provided.

Abstract: A latching mechanism for latching a plug to a socket is provided. The socket has a housing for receiving the latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a latching member slidably received in the housing and a rotating member rotatably received in the housing. The latching member is capable of sliding between a latching position for latching the plug to the socket and an unlatching position for allowing the plug to be disengaged from the socket. The rotating member drives the latching member to slide between the latching position and the unlatching position when rotated. A connector assembly using the latching mechanism is also provided.

The design method includes providing an exposure machine with a mask including an optical proximity correction (OPC) pattern including a first clear area and a first dark area, wherein the first clear area surrounds the first dark area, placing a substrate in the exposure machine, and exposing the substrate to light to form an imaged pattern on the substrate, wherein the imaged pattern has an area smaller than that of the optical proximity correction (OPC) pattern.

Abstract: An enclosed control device for heat regulation includes a housing and a heat dissipation mechanism. The heat dissipation mechanism includes at least one heat dissipation member mounted on the housing and a heat dissipation fan mounted in the housing. A cooling runner is defined in the at least one heat dissipation member. An inlet and an outlet are defined in the at least one heat dissipation member. The inlet and the outlet communicate with the cooling runner. The inlet is connected to a cooling liquid source to recycle cooling liquid in the cooling runner. The heat dissipation fan is placed opposite to the at least one heat dissipation member, such that air in the housing is also recycled and flowed into the at least one heat dissipation member.

Abstract: In a message management method of a communication device, a plurality of keywords relating to different commercial activities are preset and stored into a keyword database. Whether a received message of the communication device is an advertisement of a commercial activity is determined by comparing content of the message with each keyword of the keyword database. A starting time of the commercial activity is extracted from the message if the message is an advertisement. An pre-activity alarm time is determined according to the extracted starting time, and an alarm is given to a user when the alarm time is reached.
